so far no issues with my ps5 its been great so far only issue was Best buys site crashing took me hours to try to complete my order. new home screen took a while getting used to i preferred the ps4 home screen

this was a very nice purchase, very good looking also works well, and kids seem to like it

This console is the best one out there. The built in disc tray allows me to watch movies. I would recommend this over the digital if you have the money.

Hard to find but another great system from Sony. Download times are still frustrating and more game selection is needed, but I am looking forward to what is in store for this syste.

Fantastic game console. There are so many great small upgrades from the SSD and the 3D audio in this console. The controller really makes it feel next gen and it’s absolutely the best part of the console!

PS5 is awesome. My son loves it!!! It took a lot of effort to score one of these before Christmas, and I had to drive over an hour to the closest store that I could pick one up, but in the end, it was worth it.

The hdmi was bad with my ps5 but that's not best buys fault. Curbside pickup on day 1 was AWESOME and really well organized!! I was so happy. With all the pain pre ordering was they sure make the pickup better!

Awesome next gen condone with a bunch of exclusive games. The fact that they have exclusive games is a bit frustrating, but that’s the way it is. Bought this for a cousin, she loves it.

I mean, its a Playstation 5 and I'm fortunate to have it. In order to earn the extra star this thing needs more storage though

Was able to Cop for my Cousin And he Been Enjoying the game since. Will grab mine soon cause I wanted the digital. But I love the experience. Best Buy is the Best retail out here that you can buy your ps5.

First off, the buying process was the best I had and extremely easy!!! And ever since I got my PS5, it has been exactly what I wanted and does everything I needed it to do! If I had to, I would buy another one!!!

Really good console I got to say. Not only that it goes super fast, but it also supports PS4 games so I can just insert the discs I have from a long time and keep playing those games I really enjoyed.

Love the digital edition because it's a little less expensive than the ps5 disc. The down side is the storage size. Hopefully Playstation comes out with an affordable storage expansion soon!

Best choice ever for next gen. As a person who prefer to have all games digitally, this is what I exactly need. The only issue is the storage size but I’m glad there’s option for expansion in future.

Still hard to find!!! Got one last year; assumed these would be more plentiful by now. Didn't think I would like the feel; of the new controller but I do. Now they need to release different colors...

2nd Month into having my All Digital PS5. No complaints at I was able to per order online. I was expecting it to arrive a couple days after release, but it came on the day of. I'm happy with how this order went!
