Has a few glitches from time to time and was a total pain to get one. Other than that it's pretty sweet.

Love the new PS5, nice graphics and fast loading times!

I was lucky I was able to get the PS5. Just an enjoyable console. My PS4 is starting to collect dust after the last ps5 update letting you store games on an external hard drive.

Honestly I was a little scared buying this system, I was going for the Pc route but this just has so many amazing benefits. I absolutely love this machine.

Having to send it back to sony for repairs after a rain storm and needing a copy of my receipt, out of warranty and costing me 220.00 to fix it. Not happy.

Excellent product! Incredibly fast load speeds. Love being the first one to load into matches; will often give me a first round win because the other team hasn’t loaded in yet.

This system is well worth the wait. My kids absolutely love the ps5. Best buy got the system ready for pickup faster than I'd imagine. Great system and prompt service.

Great system. I haven’t had any issues with mine since getting it on launch day at Best Buy. The pick up process was easy. I’m glad to have gotten one! It’s a whole new gaming experience

I was lucky enough to purchase my console from Best Buy. This console is amazing. Extremely fast loading times just wished we had more ps5 games out but no fault to this console.

The cutting edge of gaming is here! New look new games new experiences! Although if you are on a budget you may want to consider Xbox with a game pass subscription.

Definitely next generation of gaming. still quite a task in acquiring one thankfully best buy with its ease of access made this task simpler! Definitely worth the time and efforts

Bought it for my brother and mailed it to him within twenty minutes. He said it’s everything he expected and more. Could have sold it for more than I paid but that’s not the point.

I love my PS5. There are so many great games to play and to be played and I definitely recommend picking one up (when they’re available of course)

Love the Astro Bot game on this PS5 and I’m not a gaming type of person but definitely loved that game. It’s a must to have for sure. Purchased this my husband as a Anniversary gift.

I used to never want a PlayStation but this one made me change my mind. I was also shocked by the value of this console and everything that came with it.

This is just a great system. With being home 90% more than I ever was, I needed something to play. This is also great value since I don't like the clutter of having discs anymore.

Our PS5 has been amazing we love it and the quality I was able to score this the day it released I’m very happy and pleased with it... the Ps5 definitely has a better quality of image...

This system has not disappointed me yet. I wish sony would have released the system with more titles but even with the lack of titles at launch I still enjoy the ingenuity of Sony.

Love my ps5 got addicted to playing on it over my PC new controllers are mind-blowing and also great that we were able to transfer games from my ps4 to my ps5

I got my PlayStation 5 on launch day but was able to get this for a friend on my Birthday. It’s the best console I’ve ever owned and it’s only going to get better!!
