The ps5 is great no problems so far but that’s not why I give it 5 stars. It’s because when the ps5 was being checked out I already secured the ps5 unlike Walmart, Target, and amazon.

This was an early Christmas gift for my brother and he freaked out with joy. It was honestly a spur of the moment that turned out to be good luck since it was out of stock for a while.

I bought 2 PS5 so far from Best Buy to give to my cousins. I was following YouTube Videos when a sale will drop on both times and I got lucky both times.

Excellent and quick customer service. Easy to use website and check out. The system itself was easy to set up and get transferred from previous system.

Simply amazing get it! My only gripe is everything must be bought from PlayStation store can’t buy any digital codes from any retailer as of it so keep that in mind.

Great Console, smooth and really quick, I am looking to get an external HDD though for game save storage because the lack of expandable internal HDD space is limiting

Fun for a little while. No games to play though. Console is also very large, did not fit on my TV stand.

I absolutely love my PS5! I and super juiced that I was able to get one on launch day! The new features are all that. If you are a PlayStation fan you are in for a long awaited treat!

Beast of aSystem. As of now, it runs games very smoothly, if your using performance mode, run just a bit slowly if your looking for higher quality resolution. Overall, react system.

I don't want to be dramatic, but this game system is awesome. Exceeds every expectation! Can you wait to see what software will be released in the future.

Great product. Definitely an improvement over my current ps3. Just wish there were a few more ps5 games coming out soon. Console thankfully is working well and runs pretty quiet.

I bought this PlayStation 5 for my daughter and she loves it. She had a PlayStation 4 and says the new console is significantly better. We are extremely pleased with this purchase.

After trying to get the system for over a year, I am glad to finally get one. The system is great. Cant wait to see whats in stored for the future with it.

It's a great system. I like the improvements it provides to older games. With that I haven't experienced any problems to my controllers but I'm aware it's going to happen.

Finally after trying for months on end I got one! I didn’t get a PS4 but my kid has had one ever since they came out, but I figured what the heck I’ll treat myself. So far my only major complaint is that it doesn’t have a audio auxiliary port which is huge downside for me because I can’t connect it with my surround sound. The only other complaint is that it’s been a little difficult to navigate the menu but I’m getting the hang of it.

I've had so much fun over this last month using the ps5. The user interface is great and games look amazing on it. Hopefully it'll be easier to get in the future.
