I absolutely love my PS5! I and super juiced that I was able to get one on launch day! The new features are all that. If you are a PlayStation fan you are in for a long awaited treat!

I was lucky enough to get my hands on one of these! The car side pick up was easy and the Best Buy team member was very professional and friendly! Thank you for the great experience!

Finally after trying for months on end I got one! I didn’t get a PS4 but my kid has had one ever since they came out, but I figured what the heck I’ll treat myself. So far my only major complaint is that it doesn’t have a audio auxiliary port which is huge downside for me because I can’t connect it with my surround sound. The only other complaint is that it’s been a little difficult to navigate the menu but I’m getting the hang of it.

What else can you say about the newest console. Always out of stock but definitely a nice upgrade from a ps4, not that many games yet for the system but it’s the first year.

Walked in and I was extremely surprised to see them in stock so I happened to snag one. It definitely lives up to the hype.

I absolutely love my PS5. I firmly believe that Sony really outdid themselves when they made this. The system itself is incredible, but I really want to focus on the controller, The touchpad is incredibly cool and the speaker provides an immersive experience. The resistance triggers are a nice touch but my controllers trigger broke. They still register but are super sensitive and sometimes miss fire.

An amazing experience from the second you open the box, Games look great. All around great console just a couple of UI changes from Ps4 that drive me crazy all in all 9.5/10 console

This was just what I wanted. I think many of the issues have been resolved with software updates. It looks great and works as expected. Thank You Best Buy for having this available.

Though they are tough to get right now, I’ve enjoyed the PS5. I’d recommend investing in an additional 1TB SSD NVMe with heat sync for more storage.

I was able too buy this very warily and my entire family loves it! I really enjoy the sensors on the remotes because it just makes the games worth it.

I couldn’t ask anything more of a next-generation console. There are virtually no load times, the frames person are incredible, and even the download speeds are worlds quicker.

Great deal for those who don’t have any disk games from last generation nor care to have physical copies. Got this for my nephews who like everything digital.

Love it, and Best Buy for me to have for a personal birthday gift, now I will always check here first and will be seeking the digital edition as well.... hope I can get it from here

Honestly the PlayStation came in in no problem at all I would definitely recommend playing miles morales as it features the ray tracing 4K resolution overall it’s a good console

Absolutely futuristic and is a different world of immersion, the ability to hop into these amazing worlds and with games to come is truly a privilege to be a PS5 owner at this time.

Graphics are good... Not many games out yet, but ps plus gives you a lot of ps4 games. The UI sucks.

Only negative I have is that the hard drive space is pretty small. It is a head-scratcher for not enabling the M.2 slot or allowing external storage via USB for PS5 games.

A powerful console with lots of options. Not as much backwards compatibility as the xbox series system and the controller is a little different to get used to.

The console is amazing. Love the next gen experience. Also picking up the console from Best Buy was super easy, walked in shower the email they scanned it and then handed me my item.

I was one of the lucky ones to get their hands on a preorder. While the console did not disappoint, the Best Buy ordering system did. Regardless, great upgrades for a great platform.
