Definitely worth the buy and hype if you're a PS fan! One of the cons are from time to time, you may get a blank log in with no icons at startup (after a few uses of it), and the only way to fix it is by disconnecting the PS5 manually from the plug. You cannot hold down the power button for a manual reboot, you will have to completely unplug, which in time messes up any USB drives for space or your overall PS5 longevity.

Love it. It was pretty hard to get ahold of one. When I start downloads it’s does seem to disconnect from the WiFi. Seems like a lot of people are having this same problem

Amazing console and it looks great. A little bit of software issues at launch but good otherwise.

Very fast and easy transaction, waited in line on my phone and work and got through. Was happy to finally get PlayStation for regular price.

Ordered online and picked up with no hassle. This by far is the best console on the market. Not to mention one of the hardest to obtain. Thank you Best Buy

I’m very disappointed with my console. I bought this about a month after launch and it was all good up until about a year in. Now it crashes every time I play a ps5 game. Do yourself a favor and buy the warranty as it only comes with 1 year manufacture warranty. Now I have to go through don’t support to have this fixed. The reason I am giving this 3 stars is because it’s a great console, and many people I know aren’t having this issue so maybe mine was just defected. But just be aware that many people are having this problem.

Harder to get compared to the disk model. Not going to complain saving myself $100 on this unicorn. Good luck out there for those still hunting for one.

If most of your game library is digital, then this is a definite upgrade from the PS4 while also saving a few bucks from buying the disc version of the PS5.

Tried getting one for about a year and a half and I’m not disappointed! Well worth the wait and enjoying every minute of it!

What’s not to love about this PS5? I purchased an OLED prior to getting my PS5 & I constantly am thinking I’m watching a real life event when it’s a PS game!

I am so glad I was able to get one when pre-orders went live. My package was shipped on the release day and delivered in perfect condition and have been using it ever since .

I woke up at just the right time on the 22nd and secured my PS5. Thank you to Best Buy for the way they handled the ordering system. No way a bot was going to clean them out.

I been waiting so long for this console, and I can gladly say it is amazing to play on it, I bought it mostly for God of War and Spiderman and to me it was worth it.

The process was fast and easy for pickups. The security of asking for identification was appreciated when picking up an item that is great.

Its a nice unit and blends well with the decor. Just waiting for some new games

I really enjoyed this console so far. I really think that it is worht it for the disk version. It allows me to play with all of my old PS4 games in the past. Must buy!

My kids love it! All they do is play games all day. They stopped doing school work once they got it and are failing classes. But at least they don’t bother me anymore!

unbelievable experience, been a gamer for over 30 years the PS5 us by far a whole other experience, I ended up buying 2 more for my kids... i did NOT wanna share mines hahah
