The initial rollout could have been better; I had PS4 games that wouldn't update after being installed on the PS5, and issues with game saves disappearing between local storage, online upload, online download, etc. But after those issues were patched, I have to say this unit is great. 1 TB of SSD storage (with a hidden expansion port!) makes installation and game loads buttery smooth. A great investment for modern gaming!

Good product! I use it everyday. Fast loading times and minimal delays. There are a few bugs just from the console being so new (rest mode glitches). 10/10 purchase.

Thank the lord I got a preorder and didn’t have to run streets looking for this console. Thanks Best Buy...no robot was used to get this console. Just a lot of patience’s.

Great powerful console. Truly next-gen. If sony could provide a free subscription for PlayStation plus at least a month, then it would have been cherry over the top.

I’m very disappointed with my console. I bought this about a month after launch and it was all good up until about a year in. Now it crashes every time I play a ps5 game. Do yourself a favor and buy the warranty as it only comes with 1 year manufacture warranty. Now I have to go through don’t support to have this fixed. The reason I am giving this 3 stars is because it’s a great console, and many people I know aren’t having this issue so maybe mine was just defected. But just be aware that many people are having this problem.

Of course this console has been impossible to get, but BestBuy was my saving grace. I’ve very much enjoyed my PS5 and am thankful I was able to secure it through BestBuy!

Its a nice unit and blends well with the decor. Just waiting for some new games

Playstation, thank you for making a digital that doesn't compromise on specs.. this thing as much of a beast as the regular disc version only no discs... no problem

PS5 is an awesome upgrade. Loading time for games is so much quicker and the native 4k is amazing, especially when playing Destiny 2 with the next-gen patch is incredible.

Very fast and easy transaction, waited in line on my phone and work and got through. Was happy to finally get PlayStation for regular price.

My nephew saved his money and managed to get in the window to purchase this. He loves it. I love that Best Buy was able to get it in before the email said it would come.

Great console, a little huge and no games this holiday but it’s nice to have.

Good for individuals who don’t care for discs and have kids who have a tendency to switch games all the time. You don’t have to worry about damaging the disc tray.

What can I say it’s a PS5 so no complaints. No issues with operation. Only small complaint at the beginning was the user interface, but it’s something you get use to.

Awesome console no need to rush into next gen though having to pick between Performance or Graphics instead of both seems like something we can wait for

After waiting for Months to buy The PS5. I finally got it at Best Buy I had to make a line but the line was faster then usual and suffer no problems in obtaining it.

We all know what this is. And I will say that the upgrade over the PS4 is substantial. I am really shocked at the upgrade. I just wish it was easier for people to get.

Good system just only 600gb when u get it, so not a lot of room if you play alot of games
