After almost 2 months of use, it’s a solid machine that came with a few bugs at first but have since been fixed with some updates. Still as work in progress and I’m sure will change in the coming months and years. Only had a few issues of freezing, but nothing crazy. Games and controllers features have been great so far and look to see what developers can do with the hardware next year. No need to rush and buy it.

Best console I've owned in years! Being a PC Gamer, I approve of how well it runs games and the visuals are incredible (especially the Spiderman games!)

I was able to get a launch console from BB and i’ve been nothing but happy with the console. By far the best console to date.

I finally got mine, so happy. Porter didn’t upgrade my Tv so didn’t feel any difference between ps4 and ps5. May be I need 8k TV to see the difference

Best Buy was amazing form the directions on how to get this online to the service at delivery ~ top notch! Will continue to always buy my expensive electronics here!!!

Pretty sick system. The ability to run PS4 games at higher frame rates is very nice. There needs to be more quality PS5 content soon though as it is lacking.

Absolutely worth it only if your have something like and monitor or tv good enough the display it to its full potential, if not keep the ps4…

Amazing console, but not amazing inventory. if you can get your hands on one, first game to play is Spider man morales as its immersive!

One of the best systems that I have ever played. I have owned every PlayStation since PS1 and am always impressed with the newest tech.

I wish Best Buy would have more of these in stocks. Great values minus the game for people that just needs the console

The PS5 came out half baked and a bit to early! Don't get me wrong, I am grateful to have gotten one of these systems and wouldn't want to give it up. The games so far that I have played on it have looked and played great, but I can't over look all of the short comings with the hardware. Even now it still does not have NVME drive support for adding more storage as well as Variable Refresh Rate support. Both of these things were advertised heavily! There have also been the findings that the new controller has very cheap joy sticks resulting in them drifting after 400ish hours of use. I personally have yet to experience this but it is still worrisome. There is even more issues when it comes to save transfers and the console trying to figure out whether to install the ps4 or 5 version of games. Even with all of this said I am very excited to see more new games come out and to keep experiencing ps4 titles I missed out on running beautifully! I would love to be able to come back here this fall and change my review to FIVE STARS and hopefully I can. That alone would also show that this hardware could have waited a year to come out!

Perfect for the minimalist who love to play games but don't care to hang on to physical media. Super easy to set up and you can pair it with your Playstation 4!

Perfect console for everything , i have both series x and ps5 and im gonna say both are amazing you can choice one just for the games but if you can take boths do it

Best Buy is the best place to get PS5. Customer service is the best. Friendly and knowledgeable. PS5 being set up now. Bought it for my son

What is there to say? It’s simply the best console of this generation. Xbox is great too, but PlayStation’s exclusives are far superior.

After trying a thousand times to purchase in Best Buy launch event I manage to score one. System Rocks!!! Only downfall none of my online buddies have yet to get one,
