Next gen console with great UI. Huge upgrade from PS4 Pro. Def best with game monitor or TV that supports HDMI 2.1 4k 120 refresh. If not you’re literally just getting a new UI with slightly faster speeds. Graphics is where it shines and new controller

I quite enjoy this console. The games load fast, it looks great, the controller feels great, everything about it is positive. I also purchased a PlayStation now and PlayStation plus subscription and got a ton of games.

So far the graphics, loading time, & trigger effects on the controller is crazy good. It really feels/looks like a brand new console instead of a overhyped remake of the PS4. The 4K is incredible & I love how it makes PS4 games look even better.

Took almost a year to get from its release, but this is a great system. Graphics, refresh rates, and load times are fantastic. Console is larger than the previous generations, but makes sense with what it puts out.

The system is a worthy upgrade to the ps4. The graphics may not be that much better, but only because the ps4 already has impressive graphics, but the new controller, the added FPS and the incredibly fast load times make this an amazing console!

Bough this for my nephew and he loves it. I have the disc version and I love it as well. Graphics are insane. Load times and system noise is also far superior than the 4. System is a lil bigger than past models but it looks sleek and sexy.

Don't get left behind with the old consoles. If you're on the edge between the Xbox or a Playstation come to the dark side and join the Sony family. You will nkt regret your decision!

Great product. The graphics are spectacular especially on Triple AAA games like Ratchet and Clank or Resident evil Village. The haptic feedback on Dualsense is incredible. Really fast loads from SSD.

It's a PS5, if you can get it for the MSRP it is great. Now days that is a lot easier to do. People have had problems with the liquid metal inside, if you use it have it horizontal if that worries you. Otherwise great, fan is louder then expected but performs well.

My dad got this off of my account because they were all sold out on his but not mine , and at the time PS5’s were sold out everywhere so we had to take advantage of that moment. Highly recommend getting Consoles from Best Buy

Ordering the product was a pain, but I got lucky one day while spamming the “Add to Cart” button. Picking up the product took longer than expected due to the console being lost at first, but the BestBuy worker was extremely nice and confident in helping to find the lost product. She was very professional and even showed concern when I told her I wasn’t taking public transport home with the product. Overall, the PS5 runs really great and is quiet most of the time. The speed is unmatched, loading screens are nearly non-existent, and doesn’t seem to have any major issues. One slight problem with the disc version is that the disc drive decides to make a weird noise at times when a disc is within the disc drive. The noise happens every couple of minutes when a disc needs to be read. Other than this slight issue, I love everything else about the PS5.

Love this console. It's everything I knew I wanted in a Playstation since 1999. It's so bifnit makes the original XBox blush. The speed, the graphics, the controller are all just like a gamer nerd's dream come true.

Really fun and new. Display feels great, controller is absolutely amazing, and the graphics are super good. I was expecting a lot more but that’s just cause of all the hype. It’s a lot bigger than it seems in photos.

I love video games and I’ve always loved PlayStation. This console truly feels like the apex of gaming consoles. It took me a while to grow fond of the design, but it truly is an “architectural” and design delight. The form factor can be bulky and obtuse, but it’s certainly is an eye-catching device. All of that truly just dissipates once you experience the gaming powerhouse the PS5 truly embodies. I’m able to start playing open world games in a matter of minutes even when booting from a full power down state. I have been playing so many video games due to this feature. I honestly can’t imagine myself without such computational prowess. The graphics are amazing and the UI is simple, maybe a little too simple. I was surprised to see the vast difference between the PS4 Pro and PS5 when playing Cyberpunk 2077.

It is really hard to beat the console exclusives that are only PlayStation. However, there's not too many out yet for the PS5. I've finished Demon's Souls on it, but due to the broken rest mode for the system, I ended up needing to reinstall the game early on because it got corrupted due to the system not wanting to wake up out of rest mode. However, I also had the game get corrupted when I didn't close the game (pressing Start then pressing Close Game in the Home menu) before I turned off the console. so I have ended up reinstalling the game twice due to corruption. The new controller additions are great and Returnal makes good use of them. You will feel the rain coming down on you through subtle vibrations of the controller. The two stage triggers are neat for using alternate weapon functions as well. However, you literally restart at the beginning of the game every time you play it unless you put the system in rest mode. The problem is, rest mode is currently broken and you take the chance of corrupting the game and needing to reinstall it when you use rest mode. The SSD does make everything load very fast. The Home screen on the console leaves a lot to be desired because it only ever shows 8 games/applications at one time including whatever service Sony wants to advertise to take up one of those spots. It really just feels like a whole lot of wasted space. Coming from the PS4 to PS5 and having the single press of the PlayStation button go to the Home menu and holding the PlayStation button to open the device options (Sound, Controller, Shutdown options) being reversed on the PS5 still drives me mad after using it for almost a year. Finally, while the 825 GB SSD in the PS5 doesn't seem like it would feel that much smaller than the 1 TB drive in the Xbox Series X, it feels absolutely tiny in practice. I keeping needing to decide what games I want to keep installed because I am always out of space. While I don't look forward to spending another $200 on a 1 TB SSD when the use of the SSD expansion slot being useable comes out of beta, I will be happy to not be constantly out of space anymore.
