The system alone is fantastic! Just wish there were more game options!

It’s a great console and it’s definitely worth the upgrade. I had the ps4 pro and loading times on the ps5 are greatly improved. I love everything about the console!

Great product. The only thing I noticed was the front USB charging port does not charge her controller on rest mode hopefully they can fix this with a software update.

Love the console, and I really appreciated Best buys ability to allow me to get a hold of a console when Scalpers were keeping them out of normal consumer hands.

What can we say here, its a PS5. Very happy with this unit. Plays in 4K seamlessly. If you don't know about PS5 already I don't know how to help you.

It’s been great so far! I will note that I had an issue with the controller’s R2 button, but Best Buy replaced it no questions asked and I couldn’t be happier!

There's not much to say aside from it being one of the best consoles that I've ever owned! (Nintendo 64 is my #1, but two different monsters)....PS5 is a must!!

Being an Xbox guy this Ps5 is pretty good , I decided to buy one after not owning a PlayStation in over 10 years . I would still buy the new series x though .

Surprisingly huge console. Although the color isn't a good choice since it can easily get dirty. Hopefully there is a storage expansion option soon for the ps5

The best next gen console on the market hands down. There might be two next-gen console but only one next-gen controller! That dual-sense controller is a game changer

Amazing console, looks great on an LG OLED display. Best Buy made the purchase easy and convenient. Not many games are PS5 ready yet, so keep that in mind.

If you're buying this you know what you're in for. The PlayStation 5 is the most entertaining console on the market with the most exclusive games.

After trying to patiently wait for the launch bugs to be worked out, I was able to get a PS5 after only trying a few times. Definitely worth the wait!
