Loving the PS5 however I’m giving it 4 out of 5 stars due to the system having issues arising already and also heard the new Xbox X is having issues too come on get things together Sony us gamers shouldn’t have to deal with any software hiccups...during gameplay when playing a game all of sudden it will freeze at times... has only happened to me when playing Spider-Man not NBA 2k21 or Demons Souls.

The new ps5 is top Sony quality. Bought Spider-Man and demon Souls great exclusives. Ps5 also came packaged with Astro playroom game a must play family game.

Have been able to get ps5s for the whole family through best buy. The new ps5 is super quiet and it definitely feels like the future of gaming.

The fan pretty loud at start up and during games at times, but overall great system

10/10 make sure you’re only using a HDMI 2.1 cable for perfect image output. Playing on a monitor that supports 2.1 makes gaming even better!

Beautiful looking and performing consoles. Was purchased as a gift for my family member and he is so excited that we finally got our hands on it!

Besides to full crashes thats expected on first gen this ps5 gaming experience is great compared to the ps4 the remote is excellent as well Very satisfied

When i bought this i already had the disc version, i bought this to flip which i did and made about $160 profit lol

Bought this for my son he has been very happy with it. Downloading the games was smooth and keeps from Him cluttering up games in his room.

A truly great console that for the most part is worth the hype. Many have argued that since there aren’t many games that are solely on the ps5, the console isn’t worth getting. However the ps5 versions of these games are a very improved experience. Not Only that but previous gen games run far better that they did. If you have the money and can even get one the experience is really worth it.

It was not easy to get ahold of this PS5 and was so happy I did. I bought this for my son who has enjoyed the new screen layout. Overall he has enjoyed it!

Cool new controller, dazzling visuals and audio performance, kinda ugly appearance.

So happy I was able to get one! It only took months of attempts every time a queue was opened. I hope more people get the chance to pick one up soon.

PS5 what more needs to be said about this item. I'm not much of a gamer but I can enjoy this device.

My kids are enjoying their new PS5. Finally got one after hunting for one since released date in November 2020. I’m still need 2 more for my nephews.

This is the console to get. Now that exclusives are coming out the PS5 is finally starting to show its value and potential.

Very good game sysytem to buy. Graphics and features are top notch.

An amazing system. My kids love it, and everyone is jealous that we found one. The only complaint I have is that it gets VERY hot if there is even the slightest bit of furniture or a wall next to it. You have to be very careful with placement or it will overhear and freeze. This may be user error, but I think it is more of a lack of options on where to put it.

PS5 has given us nothing but trouble since day 1. It either shuts off while playing games and/or won’t power on. The controller also won’t charge properly. I will say that the Best Buy stores have been absolutely amazing to work with. The agent at Geek Squad at the Dayton Mall location suggested turning off rest mode & parental control but those did not help. You’d think that by now, Sony would’ve fixed these known issues. Save your money and time.
