Outstanding gaming console. 121 fps makes a world of a difference. Can't wait until more games support 121 fps. Wish 1440p was an option though.

I had excellent customer service and they helped me bring out my item out for curbside pickup and it was a great experience overall doing it with Best Buy.

Item is great Best Buy has a great system to keep the bots away with curbside pickups at certain locations.. just wish that the pick up time was faster

Great product. It is a little bit bigger compared to the other consoles but that is fine with me for as long as it prevents the console from overheating.

Excellent System Games run at 1440p and 120hz and 4K 120hz depending on your display. Priced just right being the digital only version.

Love it, this console is sweet. I'm not a huge fan of some of the user interface choices, as I felt like the PS4 was a little easier to navigate.

Going great so far. Love the free PS4 games from the ps+ collection. Love being able to plug my hdd to play my saved PS4 games without taking up SSD space.

Way more powerful than the ps4. But the controllers are garbage. Xbox has a way better controller and has the option for the PRO version. PS5 has no back buttons / competitive options. I'm sure they will just put out an updated version of their cheap back button attachment so they can take more of our money.

Great if you have a back catalogue of PS4 games, loading times are amazing. Feels more of a PS4.5 with the lack of true next gen games at this point.

Excellent game system. For existing PlayStation plus or PlayStation members, PS5 requires you to download the PlayStation app just to log into your account.

A very good product. Like nothing I’ve ever experienced before. Way better than Xbox coming from someone who use to think Xbox was superior.
