Didn't have to wait long for my pick-up. Everyone in line was at least 6 ft apart. There were no parking spots, so I just went to stand in line.

Bought it for my grandson and he absolutely loves it. Has the PS4 and said this is so much better. There are no words to describe how great it is.

Arrived on Time, preorder was a bit difficult which was consistent with every other retailer, so can’t fault BBY for that. Happy with the product.

Incredible new console. There aren’t many new games that I’m super excited about right now, but being able to play my PS4 games is great.

I'm glad I was able to get this before Christmas. I let the kids open it up to have a great 2 weeks off during school and I couldn't wait either.

PS5 without disc for 400 is a steal. Digital games can be played on 2 systems at once, perfect for families with multiple kids and systems.

Best Console I have ever had the pleasure using. Looks amazing and is such an improvement as expected from the PS4.

Haven't played it that much but it seems good and it's 4k blue ray DVD player. So I'm happy. Just waiting for the new games.

I’m really liking the controller and the UI of the PS5 but I’m not a fan of the issues plaguing this console. So far the console has crashed 4 times and it’s only been played a few times. One of the crash events completely shut the console off and wouldn’t start back up. Received an error stating the console was rebuilding the memory after the crash. Seems pretty annoying as it happens frequently. Can’t play a game for more than an hour without waiting for it to inevitably crash on you.

Awesome next Gen console. Cannot wait until more games are released to play on it. I highly recommend you get one of these as soon as you can!

I wanted the digital so I would not have to keep up with the physical disks, it has served its purpose ‼️

This is truly a next-gen console. Load times are lightening quick compared to PS4. Download speeds are superfast. A must get for a gamer.

Best PlayStation so far! Happy to get it within a few we’re of launch. Haven’t noticed any bugs or problems in ether one of the two ps5’s I own.

The only negative is the system gets hot sometimes. Some games that are newer crash sometimes. But overall the system is good. My son loves it!!!

Honestly never thought Id get one. I had tried for months. Gave this to my nephew for christmas. One elated boy.

My kids are very satisfied and enjoy playing it. I need two more because my three kids are selfish and don't want to share lol.
