I’ve been in love with my ps5 and couldn’t complain about it

The system works great.I enjoy playing often. The design is excellent !! I like ps cards that can be purchased at best buy !! I like the exclusives. Better games !!

Great and quiet console. Its a ps5 its exactly what you expect.

Everything I expected. Great graphics, runs great.

I was excited when I finally got my hands on one & I haven’t been disappointed since. Games a little on the expensive side, BUT the performance is EVERYTHING!! Best Buy made the process to get one so easy, it took me less than 10 mins and had one in the cart. I LOVE THIS THING!!!

Finally found one of these to purchase after a couple of years. Personally I will never use it, but I got it for my home for my grandson to play on. He loves it. It runs and plays all his games great. It was fast and easy to set up for him as well. Great item if your looking for a gaming system.

This is one of my most favorite consoles to ever been released. The other thing that is really cool is it comes with a free pack in digital title called astros playroom one of the best games to show off the new controller the game i would say is a 10/10

Great game I will say that after having a controller a while it gets stick drift on harsh players

Great graphics, love the built-in mic in the controller, but I've had 2 controllers go out on me since I bought this. I haven't noticed any games that run slowly everything seems to have great load times.

Ps5 is by far the worst laggy console I have ever experienced, Tried the ps premium subscription and games whether streaming or downloaded are very laggy. I have 300mbps internet and it still lags bad. Don't have this problem with xbox series x , The xbox series x cloud gaming and online multiplayer runs circles around the ps5. Games just run better on xbox series x period. Also the ps5 seems to have a bug of losing sound and it overheats. Ps5 Ui is the worst and very difficult to find things. Ps5 is also a magnet for dust and hair and scratches very easily. I much prefer the xbox series x ui as it is much easier and better organized. Quick resume is a game changer. Also exclusives on ps5 are really not that great unless you enjoy sitting there watching like a movie and less time playing an actual game. If I wanted to watch a movie I would put in a dvd. Ps5 exclusives are a 1 and done. Also the haptics and adaptive triggers are honestly annoying and the battery life on the dualsense is a joke. I find the xbox controller way more comfortable and I would rather deal with rechargeable batteries any day. Imo xbox is the way to go. There’s a reason why xbox series x is sold out because people are finally realizing that it’s way better than the ps5, Xbox series x blows the ps5 out of the water. While ps5 consoles are just sitting in stores untouched. Just telling it like it is, Now for the down votes, Lol

Omg! My son loves it and I love it. He received the PS5 as a gift for his 7th birthday . The graphics and games are amazing. We spend time together exploring the store and playing games once his studies are completed . Best Buy Team made this all possible.

In terms of functionality, very fast and elegant, although the console is a little big, but the agility of the operating system makes up for it. The first time I used the controller something incredible
