Could not be more happy or impressed with this console. It delivers on every front. I still can’t get over the zero to minimal loading times. You just get right into the game. The console is a joy to ise. I would buy it again!

Has performed well with no glitches. Easy to tranfer from one device to the next. Great performance.

On October 2, 2023 I went for the first time to Best Buy in search of my first item I had never bought something in the store until that day I went looking for a PlayStation 5 for my boyfriend's birthday gift and when I started looking I couldn't find it until a boy approached me asking what I was looking for and I told him the product and he told me precisely I only have one excited I told him you can give it to me please as well as a game that didn't have much to go on sale very kind helped me with my payment at the box and likewise helped me get my credit card satisfied with my first purchase...

This product is absolutely amazing in specs and graphics,the sheer amount of games on astro playroom is amazing! War thunder on this game is amazing with the graphics. You can see the detail on the trees! It also has a modernistic look which i love!

Smooth, clear and responsive gameplay coupled with great graphics makes this device worth every penny. It also has a great user interface and lots of future upside use that will keep the user interested in keeping it for a very long time!

Can’t say anything bad about it. Super easy to set up. Parental controls were not difficult to figure out, unlike the Xbox. I still don’t know how my kid can bypass my password and pins to purchase stuff on MS! Should have gotten this a long time ago!

What can one say, it’s a great system. I have both the PS5 Gand the Xbox Series X. I started way back with the original Xbox and Halo. Currently I lean more to the PS5 because of the games coming to that system. I know that size is an issue but It’s fine for my setup.

Upgrade from the PS4, it's better in all ways with the exception of the storage. It would be nice if they offered a 2 terabyte or larger hard drive.

Best Buy Never misses. I would buy this one instead of the digital version but theres not really a difference. The digital version just has no disk input and its 100$ cheaper but i would recommend this one If your on a budget.

I got this for my daughter since she was playing with friends on a ps4. She loves it. She still gets to play with her friends online and now its faster. She is really enjoying it and I am considering getting myself one so I can join in on the fun.

The PS5 is a huge upgrade from my previous PS4. The speed, the FPS upgrade, everything. As much as I love having the SSD for the added speed you get, I really wish it came standard with more than 1GB. A single GB just is getting to not be enough…

I bought it for my son as a birthday gift. He is the happiest kid in the world these days ☺️ we are very satisfied with best buy’s service. I used a gift card and bought an additonal game with good offer. I recommend to buy an additional controller.

I wanted to purchase playstation 5 Spiderman bundle, but it only came with a voucher for the game. I wanted a disc game. Called Jackson location and spoke to Mohn and he set me up with what I wanted and was very patient with me. When I went to pick it up, there was a misunderstanding on the bundle I had paid for. Raul the manager said he would provide me with what I want. As I was waiting, there was already a playstation 5 console and a disk game for me to pick up. I was very pleased with the service. I have always had great service when purchasing any item at the Jackson Best Buy, but this was exceptional. I would give it 10 stars if I could. The playstation 5 is for my grand kids for Christmas. I hope they will enjoy it!

This item is amazing! I'm glad to see that Best Buy finally had them in stock! I purchased this PS5 for a friend who had their PS4 stop working recently. The PS5 out performs the PS4 on so many levels. Definitely worth the purchase.
