The product arrived in two days!! Very quick delivery. The excitement lasts from submitting the order to actually getting it. Wonderful designed controller and smooth spider man game make the ps5 great choice for game!

I wanted to purchase playstation 5 Spiderman bundle, but it only came with a voucher for the game. I wanted a disc game. Called Jackson location and spoke to Mohn and he set me up with what I wanted and was very patient with me. When I went to pick it up, there was a misunderstanding on the bundle I had paid for. Raul the manager said he would provide me with what I want. As I was waiting, there was already a playstation 5 console and a disk game for me to pick up. I was very pleased with the service. I have always had great service when purchasing any item at the Jackson Best Buy, but this was exceptional. I would give it 10 stars if I could. The playstation 5 is for my grand kids for Christmas. I hope they will enjoy it!

I purchased one for my husband last year right before the last one sold out and he completely loved it! Cannot get enough of it, we challenged each other every night. Thank you for making this happen for us! ☺️

It was amazing. I waited a little while until they were back in stock but as soon as they were, I went ahead and jumped on it, and I have loved it ever since.

The ps5 is one of the best consoles out there you wont regret buying it and has some very good games and with ps plus extra you wont ever get bored the only issue is the small storage space but ssd are getting cheaper very recommended

I waited awhile to make this purchase, i was hearing all different types of opinions towards this console but i love it so much! I used to catch headaches playing video games and now i can actually play for a whole hour. The graphics are amazing!

Amazing. Such an upgrade from my s22. The feel is totally sleek and intuitive.

I was hesitant to go fully digital, however, that fear has long disappeared. Very happy with all updates, they could have had some more space on the internal SSD. Apart from that, a few small minor complaints but overall very happy with the purchase.

What else is there to say, Sony products are amazing, the expanded memory was a positive.

I’ve been waiting to get one for almost a year. I finally have it and can play the games I want. I know everyone says you can just get a PC but I’ve been an Xbox fan for life and PlayStation single player games are where it’s at when I wanna relax.

the graphics are super good and i love the changes to the controller, but i will say the chord i was given to charge the controller stopped working within two days of having the system. otherwise it’s great!

Amazing gaming and graphics. We have both this and the Xbox Series X. The graphics are better. But the online game subscription service for XBOX is better, as is the ability to play games from older systems. Overall though an amazing machine, just a bit pricey.

A really big upgrade from PS4 I can enjoy my games now and no more crashing like the ps4 the visualistic experience and quality is a top notch, I went with the digital because I honestly dont buy CD’s any more and the PS store is really great

Scored this back when they were still slightly hard to find. I'm a Sony person myself but I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to upgrade from an older generation console or switch over from Xbox.
