Needed a Blu Ray player and my PlayStation 4 was going out on me. Storage is average but I could always upgrade it later with an M.2. Also I can play my old PS4 games on it so that's a plus. Not particularly a console gamer anymore but Sony has always had great exclusives such as Gran Turismo which GT7 looks great. Not particularly a huge fan of paying to play online however but that is more of a gripe against Sony and not Best Buy.

My son loves it! It has great graphics and he loves that it doesn’t have a disc option since he always scratched his discs before. I loved that it was cheaper.

As expected, it's fun. You can even play much older games on it so that's even more of a plus. It doesn't heat up my room like it's an oven unlike the PS3 and PS4.

I was a little late to the party but had to wait until the hype died down to get it at retail price. Ive been playing xbox all my life and the change is worth it. Its so much better

The graphics on the PS5 are amazing, the console is connected to a 4K Samsung tv. The images look sharp and clear. In the near future I will be upgrading the PS5 memory capacity

I like the fact that loading a game is so much faster than the PS4 and streaming video is flawless. Never had to wait for buffering with this PS5. Would recommend to anyone.

Ive been waiting a long time to purchase a PS5. I was finally able to get one when best buy had it in stock. Pickup for this item was like every other. There were no problems at all.

Daggum the ps5 is bulky. But I mean it works excellently. Already clocked in lots of hours on it. Happy I got this over the Xbox

After waiting for so long I love everything about it, I only wish we had an option to add more stair age space. Besides that I’m happy.

Best console available with worthwhile exclusives that won’t disappoint. Excellent performance for the price, and mind blowing when paired with the right OLED.

Great new features and games. Love the Spiderman game and it's performance on this Playstation. Nifty controller functions enhance the game action.

Have always been happy with PlayStation. The games and graphics are far better than what I have ever played. Games are easy to download, playing online has been easy.

excellent purchased if you had a ps4, faster loading times, better resolution and overall a better experience, especially for the ps5 exclusive games coming

I bought the ps5 yesterday and when I set it up I tried playing a fortnite map and it just froze and the ps5 just turned off and I keep getting an error code CE-108262-9

Let me start by saying my PlayStation got delivered earlier than expected. That was a very good start to the process. I ordered it online was pretty easy to do. I received it and it was in great condition brand new, all sealed and setting up the device was pretty fairly easy was nice as well. Overall it’s pretty good device pretty fast shipping. The game that came with adequate storage and yeah had with Best Buy I had a pretty good experience on that platform as well. Customer service was great.

This is the first game console i wver bought my son and he loves it. I was happy with how rhey have nade this console with option of standing and lying down.

Excellent product. Very impressive system. Always have been an xb*x fan. Don’t see myself going back. The haptic feedback on the controller is incomparable to any controller on the market.
