    The console itself is great, extremely powerful and surprisngly quiet. PlayStation has many exclusives, which make this a great buy. The buying process was easy and when i ordered it online to pick it up in store, it was ready in about 10 minutes. Easy process.

    Haven’t had a PlayStation since the PS3, before I decided to switch to XBOX. Fast forward to now I decided to trade in my XBOX series S for the PS5 and I couldn’t have made a better choice. Sony has definitely out done themselves with the PS5, I regret ever leaving. Worth every penny!!!

    I should have bought the digital and saved the 100 bucks. Everything is online either way. But i bought both nonetheless. Worth it nonetheless. I bought it for my house in Jamaica. So i have access when i travel. Super impressive.

    The performance is fine although its overheating is atrocious. Every hour or so it overheats and sometimes it’ll overheat + shut off

    i got this for my fiancé on his birthday and he loves it. you can buy games that aren’t in stick in store online. it makes it soo easy. you can add your card on file or delete it after every transaction. storage space is amazing. he uses it pretty much everyday.

    Got the message it was ready for pick up as I was driving to the store. Easy financing with Progressive and a very happy daughter, Thank you Best Buy. However issue with D button on the controller but this is common will seek help with Sony before Geek Squad protection, still very happy.
