    Loved the customer service. When I purchased from online app it was simple and easy. I had someone help me through chat very friend and helpful. I did not have to do nothing she set it up for me and everything. When it came to picking up my order it was fast and efficient.

    Love this beast. It's been my dream to get a PlayStation and I love the games and the experience this console provides. Buying from best buy was a seamless experience and I was able to pick it up in less than a week from my local store when it was not available at any other retailers.

    For Open box this item was in excellent condition. The box was a little rough. Was little shocked that this was sent as is in original packaging and to packed into and additional box

    Without hesitation, I bought this right away since I always wanted it when it came out. I can't believe it took forever to restock. It plays well on my 4K smart TV and well on my 2K HD monitor. Now I can stream with this console along with my gaming PC. No games along with it, so I purchased Hogwarts Legacy, and man, this is super awesome on the PS5.
