Was easy to order and pick up in store I had no issues. They even explained things about the system since it my first PlayStation so far I’ve had no problems set up was straight forward and I put it on an open shelf so had plenty of room to ventilate

Excellent play station the whole family enjoys playing! Sleek looking doesn't take up alot of space it actually looks nice on the counter no need to hide it when not in use.

Bought it for my husband. He has been wanting one for a while. Still had a PS4 and you could hear the fan more than anything while using it. Definitely needed an upgrade. He's only had it a couple of weeks, but so far he loves it and is now able to play SF6 online with his friends.

I've done business with Best buy for years. Iam very pleased with this store there products are awesome never had any problems with my purchases. And there personal are very curious and very helpful. I surely recommend them to all my friends and family thank you again for your services.

We are from Baton Rouge and tried several stores to find a PlayStation 5 in stock. We went to 5 stores and finally Hammond had not only 1 but 2. It was for my sons birthday. He was so happy! Thank you for helping us track one down even if we had to drive out of town to get it.

This is the best purchase I have made all year! I regret not buying it sooner. The graphics are amazing, load time is non existent, and the controller makes the experience so immersive. The PS5 is worth every buck spent. I know that I'll be using mine fore the next 10 years.

Exactly what you expect, a top end gaming machine with all the bells and whistles. I am not a huge fan of the aesthetic but at least replacement plates are available to help blend with other electronics in our home entertainment system.

Good console overall with a few exceptions of being tall though which you can't really fit anywhere also, you can't explore the web on this console sony prevents you from searching the internet.

Great gaming system with clear and speedy graphics

Came in to pick up my ps5 due to it being shipped a day ahead of schedule. Which was nice. Lovely lady behind the counter was able to get the order processed and signed out in no time.

...has to be one of the best days of the year!? I mean seriously. It was so much fun. The Best Buy team was great. Cheering me on as I took home my new prize possession. Ever since has been an amazing journey through various worlds and getting to know awesome characters.
