I came from playing my PC everyday to switching over almost entirely. Game catalog and the wide exclusive library sony offers is currently unmatched. Load times are lightning quick even in comparison to the SSD in my PC. I honestly dont understand how sony kept this console under $600 and its purchase is a no branier

Purchased the PS5 and had to return the game console due to the discs would not play, received a new PS5 and the new console works great! Disappointed that the first one did not work.

I ordered this PlayStation for my husband (father’s day gift). He was so happy, I know the PlayStations are basically sold out everywhere but, I knew for sure Best Buy would have them! So happy that I was able to find this PlayStation and I love Best Buy. So easy peasy! Thanks

Great product, just wish the hard drive wasn't soldered in...also if you get the m2 drive, you can't copy the boot system to it to boot from. other than that it's amazing. also only 850 GB is a little low considering this gen's game sizes

The system is working as expected and meeting my expectations after being out of gaming for a while. I will say getting used to the new era of gaming has been a challenge. Other than that, a great purchase and great pick up process.

This meant the world for my son to be able to get a PS five he had a PS4, but it was taken from him from someone he looks up to greatly but someone he looks up to even greater replaced it, so it was really nice to see people clapping applaud, for him as we left the store. Great experience.

PlayStation 5 was purchased for my Father in laws birthday. Easy setup for him and he loves playing games with the grandkids and meeting me weekly for some gaming sessions. The controller and console feel well built and the quality and amount of games is amazing.

Bought this along with the Spider-man plates and I am enjoying it so far. Play multiple games. One place where it lags is streaming. I normally stream though my Xbox and have no problems. The PS5 seems to have buffering issues when streaming.

The digital console is great. I use steam on PC so it wasnt a big deal to switch to a disc less system. This system works well with PSVR2 and the included controller is very good quality. This was my first playstation having owned many nintendo/microsoft systems.

I like the console it’s a bit expensive and so are the games but overall I’m very satisfied with my purchase and will continue to shop with Best Buy.
