Best purchase good experience for new gamers very good

Perfect gift and best of all the online purchase and delivery was great. I got the gift before the estimated times and the updates from Best Buy delivery were truly accurate.

I simply loved this console the moment I opened the box. Since day 1 all the games and services offered by it were amazing. The best purchase I’ve done in a while.

I am happy for the tweaks added for graphic and overall performance, but it is hard to justify the purchase. I buy the next system for next-level games and I have only really been playing games I can play on PlayStation 4. Nothing against the system. It is great outside of the controller I began to have after 2 and a half months after purchase. If you have a PlayStation and are thinking where should you invest, feel free to wait unless that cash is burning your pocket.

One of my favorite gaming consoles, it’s been working great, and looks great in my collection. Now the problem it i almost have no time to play .

Waited and its worth it, now playing games and everything is 5G, makes Quantum HDR even more smooty with performance mode and the HDMI brings out the colors in any gameplay mode

The console is actually pretty good, i needed a new one since i had ps4 and some games are being released exclusively for PS5. The image quality is noticeably good, and overall the experience is awesome.

SO pleased with the PS5. I have been a PS fan since the beginning, and will continue to be impressed. BEST BUY is the most satisfying retail store for computer electronics in my life.

I had the system for a while now and haven't had any issues. This is the second system I have purchased. The only issue is memory size and controllers can be damaged easily if not careful.

The customer service when I bought it was very good. It is a good machine better than what I’ve had I like that you could put the disk in. I do not like to download off the Internet enjoyed it so far.

my 19 year old sons house warming gift!! he has wanted a ps5 forever and I haven't been able to get a hold of one. he was happy to get this finally and has been obsessively playing since!

It’s taken a while to get used to because I used to play on Xbox but Overall a good console.

Kids love it! Moved up from PS4 and noticeable difference. Also added extra memory (super easy step) and now have new and old games downloaded so all the kids are happy.

Haptic feedback is so cool. A huge leap forward with Ray tracing. Playing at 60 frames per second has never been more satisfying. It’s a hulk of a console weighing about 16 pounds. It will be interesting to see what the slim version looks like.

Love my PS5 so much that I bought one for my nephew. Everything you love about PS is in this console plus so much more. Great buy and love that Best Buy has them in stock. Gets yours quickly.

Its a great platform! Stunning graphics and incredible speed. Recommend you get an external hard drive for more memory. Great product and work the $$
