I give the console itself 5 stars, but the controller is absolute garbage so minus one star overall. The one that came with the console has a terrible drift in the stick, so I bought a second one. Both have an issue with the headphone jack, we have to twist the plug back and forth to get the audio to reconnect. This was never an issue with the PS4 controllers.

You can find a good birthday gift at Best Buy, my son was fascinated with his gift, I love the quality of their products and good service.

It’s better quality big upgrade from the PlayStation 4 and Best Buy has always been my go to store for all electronics thanks for all you guys and girls do.

Setting up PS5 was easy. The controllers are different from PS4 and the charger cables need to be replaced. Spiderman is the best game to be played on PS5

Ordering was easy and item came quickly. My major complaint is it was shipped in the manufacturing packaging. It was clearly identifiable and it was the left on my do t porch, doorbell was not rung and I luckily saw it on the ring and had to return home so that it was not stolen. I was lucky but what recourse would I have had if it was stolen

The PlayStation is okay, it won't vanish you to the shadow realm or attack you with it's blue eyes white dragon - so that's a plus
