Dual sense controller is amazing, load times are almost instant, and graphics are top notch. Also, Playstation has to best exclusives. Its a no brainer!

bought the PS5 at Best Buy for my boyfriend, and he absolutely loves it! The purchase was super easy, with quick in-store pickup and great customer service. The console runs smoothly, with stunning graphics and fast load times. Definitely a worthwhile investment for any gamer!

Even if none of the PS5 titles are something you are looking into, but you love your PS4, when you pay your PS4 titles, the PS5 acts like a PS4 pro and you get a better experience and load times. Using the M.2 drive is nice and sore are very fast, switching between a game to Hulu is seconds and can do it without needing to fully back out of whatever you are in. The only compliants I have are the controllers due fairly fast, so get a long USB-C cable or buy a second controller. Finally, this thing is tall, if you ever had an OG PS3, it is taller than that. So make sure you have room for that beast.

Delivered ahead of time and has brought me into the next generation of consoles , Overall great buy and if you are still considering jumping the gap now is a great time to do so , especially with most new games being released with only support for the new consoles

The PS5 is an absolute game-changer (literally)! The graphics are mind-blowing, and the loading times are super fast. Great deal i got with a game. Came in great shape it heats up after more than 2 hours of gameplay but other than that very fast loading.

Still works great, can definitely notice the difference between the PS4 and PS5 in many different ways, and the new controllers are fantastic. The graphics are definitely much better, having the 4 and 5 play the same game simultaneously you notice a huge difference in graphically.

I recently snagged a PlayStation 5 from Best Buy, and it's incredible! The graphics are out of this world, and the loading times? Practically nonexistent. Games run super smooth, and the new controller with haptic feedback makes every game feel more immersive. If you're on the fence about upgrading, I'd say go for it. I got my ps5 on a whim and gotten it by using my best buy card. I gotten home played it for three four days and out of nowhere it started to make a clicking noise. I exchanged it because I didn’t want to have it making that noise and have been told ps5 tends to do it. So I got a replacement with no problems. Thank god for that 14 day exchange. It’s funny I had an Xbox series x before I gotten the ps5 but the games that they had weren’t as good (only had it for four months), nothing compares to god of war. Best console I have had so far.

I almost had buyer's remorse, but after loading everything and actually playing a game on it. Wow, speed and performance was fantastic. Plus the graphical upgrade was really noticeable.

I went early in the morning to pick up the PlayStation 5 very quick very easy even bought another controller while I was there excellent service :) As for the playstion 5 very quick load times nice design my only problem with it is even when just trying to transfer over my ps4 games to the ps5 it got full you would think when buying a new system storage capacity should go up when you know the games coming out for ps5 also take up more space crazy I need to buy another external hard drive just to download games

Love the PS5! Came exactly on time and as expected. The only things I would critique would be in this day and age should have twice the storage capacity but not overly concerned about that. That being said my sone and only legit complaint is the controller battery life is absolute garbage.. for all the upgrades to the controller Sony has walked the battery life back at least two generations. Xbox has definitely done a superior job with their controller and battery life. Plan on either having a 10’ usb extension or a 2nd controller charged and ready.

So far, so good. Amazing graphics, way faster load times. Great game selection with all the classics in the store. Very happy. My only con is the storage space.
