Love the new SSD which cuts load times significantly. Just wished more games came out and had features like XBOX Game Pass. Games are really expensive these days and don't have all the time in the world to play. I love the new controller, but if you haven't gotten one yet, it might be worth waiting for a Slim version as this device is huge.

I am a PlayStation fanboy at heart. I waited sometime to get a PS5, and honestly I love it (outside of the fanboy status). The system works great, features are easy to use and find, set up and data transfer from PS4 Pro was simple. I honestly am only bummed that I waited so long to get it. It is a little big and can be intrusive, but once you find it’s spot the system is a powerhouse combined with the extended memory stick.

Bought as a gift for my daughter and she was so excited she cried. She set it up instantly and raved about how much better it was compared to the 4.

I recently upgraded from a ps4 and there is a huge difference,the reviews you see on youtube may not seem like it does a huge difference,but it does and good ones too,every game you play,when scrolling through things feels a lot more faster and smoother,the graphics are insane,i would highly recommend buying a tv that suports HDR that is great with Next Gen consoles so you can get the best out of it.10/10

Absolutely love my PS5 from Best Buy. The console is insanely fast, the graphics are incredible, and the load times are almost nonexistent. Setup was easy, everything arrived in perfect condition, and pickup/shipping was smooth with no issues. Best Buy always comes through with reliable service and authentic products. If you’re thinking about getting a PS5, this is the place to do it. Highly recommend.

It’s more than just a gaming console—it’s our go-to for movie nights, streaming shows, and even listening to music. The PS5 has truly become the heart of our home entertainment. If you're thinking about getting one, I can honestly say it’s worth every penny.

Was an xbox360/one owner for years and was not a fan of PS3. Fast forward to 2023, I decided to jump ship back to Sony. The system is incredibly fast when connected to ethernet. My GB games downloaded in 8 mins or less. Graphics pop when you use a 4K tv menu is pretty smooth I am happy that I bought this system. It reminded me of when I got my first Sony system which was the PS2. If you are thinking of jumping ship, this is your sign.

I have not had a playstation since the PS3 and I received the PS5 as gift to use during my surgery recovery. This console has totally exceeded my expectations! I mean coming from a PS3, its a huge upgrade. I have had so much fun exploring new titles and revisiting some of my old favorites. I will probably look to expand the storage a bit as these newer games take up a lot of space.

Everything about this system is a huge upgrade from the PS4. The imagery is great, it’s fast, and the the UI on the menu somehow feels upgraded too! The controller is another vast improvement they greatly enhanced. It feels nice to hold even after playing hours on a game. My only downside, is that the PS5 runs pretty hot even when I give the console room to breathe. Not a huge gripe which is why I’m still giving it 5 stars.

This is a really good console. I have an xbox 1 as well as Nintendo switch and Oculus but this is on another level when it comes to sounds, feel, and gameplay.

After 3 long years of never being able to get one at retail price, I can finally say that I am now the proud owner of a PS5. I have always been a Playstation fan ever since the original system came out, and I’m glad to continue the tradition today. I cannot wait to set up my PlayStation 5 and experience it for myself.

Amazing design, quality and performance. A little big and heavy in my opinion

One of my first big game consoles, the graphics are amazing and just the start up page is pretty. There’s more I can do with it than I imagined. I got this because my PC was running out of space for games and I’m glad I got it. The sale it was on was pretty decent for past sales I’ve seen. I was surprised I was able to get it as quickly as I was able to as well. It came in earlier than expected which was a nice surprise. All in all I’ve really enjoyed it.

It was easy to install and looks beautiful even on my tv that’s a few years old at this point. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to upgrade, and maybe an external drive as the memory fills up quick.
