Sony did an amazing job with this console! Everytime they come out with a new system, it looks ahead of their time. The system looks like a spaceship or futuristic building. The only problem is it has 1TB SSD and with games nowadays, take a lof hard drive space. I would recommend you to either buy a certified 2 Terabyte SSD and have it install or get an external 1-2 Terabyte SSD drive. Unless, you don’t mind using Sony’s cloud which is included in their membership subscription service which is extremely pricey. However, this is still an amazing system and I played God of War Raganarok and Witcher 3 and the graphics are amazing at 60 frames per minute (FPS) Overall, the PlayStation 5 system is a great video game system that can play all PS4 games and some PS4 games can be upgraded to PS5 for free, so I’m very happy Sony allowed backwards compatibility. Cons: Only problem is their overpriced subscription service just to play multiplayer games online.

The PS5 is an amazing console. Coming from mainly being a PC gamer and a Switch user, this was an amazing change of pace. I’m not thrilled about the $70 games, but that seems to be spilling onto all systems now. One negative so far has been the battery life on the controllers seems to drain pretty fast. Well worth the price and i highly recommend it!

Purchased the PS5 for my son and we were all amazed by the difference in technology verses our Xbox. The graphics look so good on our TV. Not sure if we will ever go back to the Xbox. I highly recommend the PS5 to anyone who is looking for a great experience and overall performance in a game console.

It’s been a year and she’s still running like she’s out of box new and I’m a daily gamer for roughly 2-6 hours daily depending on free time. Shes easy to take apart and clean. The only downside I have to say at all is more user error but it took a moment on how to get the panels off the first time

I have to appreciate the Best Buy staff (Cesar) who was very patient and took the time to give me and my son all necessary details about the PS5, payment options, etc. Performance of the item is amazing with 60 fps as the standard for most games, while having no loading screens for any of the games. Thank you!

Finally! Purchased as birthday gift for son. The gaming system was easy to set up and set up time was much more efficient and faster. Graphics are awesome on tv screen. Loved digital download of software because no disc or covers left on the floor or scratches on the disc.

This console is one of the best I’ve owned. If you’re coming from a PS4 or even a PS4 pro, you’re gonna notice a huge difference in loading times and frame rate improvements. The new dual sense controller is also a game changer with the haptic feedback. Overall a 10 out of 10 experience.

Its, the best gaming console for its price it runs 120fps and it has a sleek and ergonomic design its, very sturdy and runs almost anything you throw at is. Its run newer titles for a cheap 500$ if your looking for a good gaming console i would recommend you, this or to a freind

I am enjoying my PS5. The memory is almost full after installing four games. The PS5 also generates heat. Is this normal. The shipt driver almost stole my PS5 as there was no way to track it. I had to call Shipt to call the driver. She seemed upset that she hand over the PS5 and two games

I remember I pre-order it on this website in September 2020. I was on break at work around 3:15am when I found out that Best Buy starting pre orders I jump up quick and use the company computer to place my order before it’s sold out lol. In November 2020 I pick it up at the store around 6am when I got off work. Then I help two other people out to get them ps5 one was in 2020 and the other one in 2021. I love the PlayStation 5 and the previous system.

Great upgrade from the PS4. My PS4 got fried on a thunderstorm and we were obligated to upgrade and i guess the storm was a silver lining. Pun intended. Great graphics, fast processor. It is way bigger in size than the previous console so that is my only complain on the PS5

I love my PlayStation five and the guy that helped me get it was awesome. He was really helpful jumped right into it. I could not complain one bit and it runs great. I love the performance. I love the graphics and I love the connectivity and the streaming of games and everything.

I bought it for my son as a birthday present, he used to share a ps4 with his sister so we got him the new generation one. The setting up was easy for him since he only had to log the psn profile he used before, and he can keep playing ps4 games they already own since it is backwards compatible, so it is a smooth transition for when he stars getting new games or even the ps5 exclusives. He loved it and so far hasn't had any problems with it

I play mainly on a PC and I thought the graphics were a downgrade and man let me tell you I was wrong. Graphics are amazing FPS are stable and you don't see a hiccup at any time which does happen with PC games depending on your hardware. Highly recommend grabbing one!

I didn’t want to pay scalpers $1,500+ for a PS5 so I waited 2.5 years and finally was able to get it at Best Buy for retail price. It is definitely worth the wait. Great gaming console! The load time is so much faster than PS4. Love the look of PS5’s design. The controller feels fantastic in my hands. It is a great buy!

This is one of the best purchase I have ever made all my gaming open fast and it runs really smoothly and I can’t stop playing it’s just the best that there is.

Fast, efficient and the graphics are awesome. Employee worked well with me as i was using my credit through nestbuy for the first time and didnt have my physical card yet. I will say after like 2 or 3 downloaded games, you will have to buy an external for more games.
