I would never buy an electronic from any other business. Best Buy is who I trust with all of my electronic needs. Their warranties, customer support, and service are by far the best out there. The quality of product and services is unmatched. Thank you Best buy! The PS5 performance is unmatched. Such a smooth interface, incredibly fast FPS, and the download speeds are fantastic. I love this console!

Love the new system! But larger than I expected but great distraction after a long day!

It’s very fast, graphics are awesome, and I love the selection of games. The only thing I can find wrong with it is that even though it supports Bluetooth for its controllers, does not support Bluetooth for any type of wireless headphones so you have to use wired headphones that plug into the controller or get wireless headphones that have an adapter that can be inserted to the ps5.

Great quality, great games, loads of fun. System looks great in my living room.

Controllers - solid, nice triggers, nice haptics, tap sticks etc, very well built PS5 - built well, gets too hot, great graphics for the price and overall a good buy. disc drive - not worth it, nothing is read from discs and digital version is probably a better buy, hence the one star down

Excellent gaming console came with one controller everything in perfect condition never had a problem would definitely recommend it. Thanks Best Buy for the 0% interest free for 12 months way easier to pay it.

I've really enjoyed the PS5, it's really fast and looks great.

It does that very well, also runs everything else I’ve played on it perfectly. Haven’t had any issues. Pretty sure the box said it had like 800 Gigs and only had like 600 something but I don’t know much ab how all that stuff works so that’s probably just a me thing. Definitely recommend. Switching from a very old Xbox One that ab dies trying to run the Sims 4 so it’s a great improvement lol

Great games, controller, and UI. You will need to buy extra storage for the console.

I enjoyed the ease of setup, the option as the PlayStation platform has grown tremendously since I played the first PlayStation. I have enjoyed the option of the monthly subscription allowing me the availability to download and play many games. This is wonderful and worth every penny. I have enjoyed seeing how much this game system has built and changed what seems like hust a few short years.

My first truly personal console. Runs smoothly and does not get too hot when playing for a long time. Always turn it off when I'm finished and clean it off with air duster every so often. Holds all of the games I could ever want to play and runs without any hiccups or bugs. Controller is pleasant to the touch and is by far superior to any of the iterations before it in terms of comfort, playability, and ergonomics.

This PS5 is everything I could’ve asked for and more. It was time for me to upgrade and I was happy to see they were finally in stock. The Saginaw Best Buy help desk was phenomenal in customer service. Everyone was so friendly in directing me to the right spot and being personable when I was picking up my order. They had it ready within a few minutes of me ordering it! They truly deserve a shoutout!

Got a really good deal on this since i traded my PS4 Pro for $180 and the PS5 at the time dropped to $449 so after trade in and taxes it was $298. The console runs so smoothly and was definitely worth the upgrade.

Bought it a couple years ago and its purpose is always fulfilled when I boot it up.

I traded in my XBox One for a PS5, no regrets, the spec are supposed to be on par but I just love how games look on a Sony rather than a Microsoft.

System packaging is ok set up is easy runs well however the console does crash from time to time more frequently during longer sessions- by crash the screen will quickly flash loading picture for just a moment not a deal breaker but more of a slight annoyance. For the price would be nice to not have to worry about it as a consumer. Also check backwards compatibility for some games you own on ps4 the ps5 will force you to make another purchase to play on new console something I was unaware of but I chalk that to me not doing my homework and capitalism. All in all fun so far, lucky to have purchased online from a local BB and go through financing 12 months same as cash.
