My son had wanted a PS5 since it first came out. We finally purchased a PS5 when it become more widely available. My son set the console up with the clear instructions. The graphics are great. It exceeded his expectations.

I've been a Nintendo and Xbox user for years but never made the leap to PS5 until a few months ago. If I compare this to my Series X I'd say I prefer the Series X only because of the user interface and ecosystem Microsoft has developed. Regardless of that, I have no bad things to say about the PS5. There are plenty of games and exclusives to play and I like the layout of the controller. The speaker and mic embedded in the controller is a cool feature and I like how the triggers can also tighten up as you do different things in the games. I was definitely not disappointed with my purchase.

I have had no problems with the ps5, 4 months of ownership, one thing you can really notice is that you join lobby’s quicker for me that’s a pro less time in the loading screen , runs smooth

the console i’ve received was excellent, the only thing i would of wished i knew was that the ps5 slim was coming out the prior month because this storage is horrible on this console.

This is the best gaming console I've ever used. Hardware setup took less than 3 minutes and the system update was complete within 5 minutes. Great performance - looking forward to rapidly expanding my game library.

This system is super fast compared to the PS4 and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking to upgrade their console gaming experience. Transitioning from PS4 to PS5 was pretty simple and fast.

insane console. been playing so much ghost of T and wukong. beat spiderman2 and that was amazing too

It's a playstation I mean what more can I say its great. You can play games, movies, music, and browse the internet.

We were waiting to buy it for a while but it was 100% worth it. The graphics are great, the load time is wonderful & it just works a whole lot better than the ps4 or any other console.

Bought the PS5 for my youngest son and he loves it and load times are slower than I thought. He lets me play from time to time looks like graphics have improved since I last bought a system for myself

Honestly i was so excited to buy one withought having to stress and i am also glad for waiting this long i am pretty sure the console has had some minor improvements from the launch period .over all a great console .

This product is amazing. It was so worth the purchase. Best Buy help me out to find one and my experience there was really great.

Ordering online for pick up was so simple and seamless. The PS5 is so much more than I was expecting. I absolutely love it. If you are on the dense about it just buy one. No regrets at all.

Pick up was fast and still have it now could be better.

My son had gotten one in 2021. Just recently me he helped me set up an account to play Crew 2. And since my youngest has a ps4, we all 3 can play and we've had much fun wrecking and racing the the streets in-game.

The PS5 was a very wonderful purchase. I got this for my younger brother, he had been asking for one for so long. I did not get insurance for it but it has been working amazing no problems.

Was a good run until it got stolen :'/ ran all my favorite games seamlessly and never gave out on me <\3

The PS5 has awesome graphics, fun gameplay and cutting edge tech. Only purchased 4 games to date, not needing storage expansion yet. WRC Generations is the most fun rally driving game. Recommended.

Love playing day and night. All the games have great graphics. My favorite is the sports games
