The pinnacle of Sony’s progress in the home console market. Nothing but excellence, from the hardware design to the UI to the games available. This was never gonna get a bad review from me. My experience buying it in-store was excellent as well. Walked in, looked around the ps5 area for a few minutes, asked an employee for help getting one. They told me that it was available at the register, so I went up there, and the very nice employee grabbed it and rang me up super quick and helpfully. Overall, an excellent customer experience.
