Great Console and easy to set up. The only complaint i have is the storage integrity is fragile when the console is shut off incorrectly.

I upgraded from Xbox Series S to PS5 Digital edition. I would like to say that its been the best upgrade I ever had in my life. The gameplay is wayy better than that on Xbox.

Had a PS5 and it wasn’t not working properly. With protection plan was able to swap out and get a new one. The new one is awesome and works great!

I give the console itself 5 stars, but the controller is absolute garbage so minus one star overall. The one that came with the console has a terrible drift in the stick, so I bought a second one. Both have an issue with the headphone jack, we have to twist the plug back and forth to get the audio to reconnect. This was never an issue with the PS4 controllers.

Playstation 5 graphics are awesome. If you perfer Playstation over xbox you already know. Best buy never disappoints me. I brought 4 of them already

I bought a ps5 from best buy the workers were very helpful i was in and out with my ps5 in minutes. So far i love my ps5 and the gameplay!
