It was the first time I got a console in my life. I always have been a PC gamer but had to make the switch due to some personal reasons. That was the best decision ever. Easy, intuitive, and fun. They could offer more internal storage.

Upgrade from the PS4, it's better in all ways with the exception of the storage. It would be nice if they offered a 2 terabyte or larger hard drive.

Played the system a lil bit definitely a upgrade from the previous system I’d say it was a great investment. My only problem is storage

I held off on getting the PS5 for a while because I wanted the digital edition, however, I ended up getting this one and it has been one of the best decisions. I think the opportunity to play with a disc gives it an edge.

a good upgrade if youre coming from the ps4. Graphics are nice, only complaint i have is that the ps5 doesnt support 1440 widescreen.

Of course it is a great purchase. I bought the new Xbox and PlayStation 5 and gave my husband the option on which one he wanted and which one to gift my brother and he picked the PlayStation and don't regret it.

Playstation 5 is one of the best gaming systems i have purchase from bestbuy. The staff when you enter the building are always friendly and willing to help with all your needs they stick woth you till the end to make sure you know everything about the purchase you are making.

Works excellent, has great graphics, I’ve really enjoyed playing with it. Could use more storage seen as it’s games are huge.

It is a great console, love the being able to go from game to game with out opening having to close the game is amazing

Great graphics on the new games I’ve played. Streaming I’ll keep on my television as I feel it’s better through Apple TV or through my LG tv but gaming on this is insane.

i had been waiting to get my hands on this console since it first came out and finally purchased it a month ago and i couldn’t be happier with it, it runs games beautifully and my roommates and i love using it for movie and game nights!

Brought this for my son. He really likes it but most likely need to buy more storage. Was able to download his saved games from his PS4

I loved it they didn't have it in stock at the store. I went to, but immediately I got to go to another one and then less than two hours. I got to pick it up just in time for my son's birthday. It was the best gift ever.

The white color looks very classic and clean. Keeps the kids busy and even the men in the house.

I kept putting off purchasing this model due to the value ratio, but my ps4 finally passed on after many many years of good use. I am honestly kinda upset and regretful that I did not get the ps5 sooner.

PlayStation 5 is the best. The advancement in speed and graphics is amazing. The new controller is awesome as well. Definitely recommend getting an additional storage ssd.
