Its been 2 years since the PS5 launched. I been wanting one since but swore to never buy one for more that retail price. Early in the morning last week I randomly checked the Best Buy app.....and there it was!!!

It’s cool. I think for what it is, they could be the way it’s made but there’s no reason to not go or stay with it.

Plays just as expected. The one main downfall of the new system is there is no internet explorer. So far, so good otherwise.

I was fortunate enough to be able to get one of these for my granddon for Christmas He told Ssnta the other day he wanted a PlayStation for Christmas so he is hoing yo be surprised when he sees it

I was really disappointed to know this concole do not delete single save data when its full. To have to transfer data to another drive. Im really disappointed with my ps5. So disappointed i went back to play my ps4.

the PS5 we received would not load the game disc and was returned we are still awaiting the replacement.

I’m glad I finally grabbed a PlayStation 5 after 2 years. It’s great time to buy one since it’s a Xmas gift. Thank you BestBuy for making the purchase easy and pick up in-store easy too.

I love this! The DualSense doesn't feel like a normal controller and the games speed of download and online play are insane fast! Can't wait to see what more games and features to come!

Great console with good exclusives, but with a lack of a good game pass competitor and being inferior to xbox in performance, ps5 lags behind

Took a long time for my order to be ready to pick up everything else came like it was supposed to

I bought the PS5 so my partner could play Diablo 4 with me. Compared to my PC, Diablo 4 ran slow and the graphics were substandard. A high end video card on a PC renders the graphics with realistic, beautiful detail. The PS5 just can't keep up. I returned it and got her a PC instead.

Got the blinking blue lite of death… dont know what to do now

After months and should i saw years looking for the device my local best buy had it avaible for sale in the store. I was so appky especially with Christmas around the corner

I got this for my son for Christmas. I was so excited to give it to him, santa stopped by early this year. Store is always amazing in Champaign. Never have any issues.

Sony is an extremely predatory company, they couldn't care less about their customers, which you know very well if you've ever bought anything from this disgusting company. They want your time and money, and they will go any length till they get it. Sony is truly the most sinister company in existence. I and everyone I know, has regretted every dollar they've ever handed over to these predators at Sony.

This product was faulty and unable to be played on. I would like to see what I could do about getting another functional product from you.

The console itself of course is consistent but the controller it comes with is not so solid. There was a glitch after 2 months and had to buy another controller which after 15 days another glitch and Best Buy would not exchange after 15 days. Very very disappointed with their policy.

Could have came with more memory.Games lode fast.Stiil not much content ps5 for system

A year later and it keeps shutting off saying it's too hot, my kids haven't used it in months and finally got my middle the bluey game and she can't even play! It's 2 weeks passed warranty!!!
