Was finally able to score a PS5, ended up waiting an extra day beyond what the expected pick up date was suppose to be.

I own one. This was a gift for my son and daughter-in-law. They wanted this game system and the other functionality.

I’ve had the ps5 for 3 months and the disc already messed up so when I turn it on it doesn’t sound the same and the disc won’t work at all so all the games I bought I can’t use. For being so pricey it’s a piece of garbage thanks PlayStation

I was very disappointed find out the two weeks later you had the same item that included Spider-Man two game for the same price and I was not able to exchange it and get the item. I even spoke with the sales guy that I purchased this wrong and he insured me that that was the case that I would be able to do that because it was a price match. as long as the item was an open and it’s not because it was a Christmas present for my grandson .I was like you and I was very disappointing Best Buy and probably will not purchase anything there again.

Overall poor game selection unless you want to pay a huge premium. I've bought 2 PS5s in the last 3 years. They melt down about every 18 months. In comparison my PS2 still works. Might be OK if you have half a dozen grand kids bothering you but I don't recommend for personal use. Too expensive to break every 18 months. Totally not worth it. Just Google "PS5 3 beeps". Literally referred to as the "beeps of death"

Great console! Compatibility with PS4 games is a great feature. Instant library of games if you have the PS4.

I bought this PS5 because I’ve had good experiences with Sony products in the past; However, within 4 months of having it, it completely gave out and now won’t turn on. It hasn’t been moved or tempered with. Many people complain about the quality of the PS5 and I’m one of them. I tried reaching out to Sony but it’s hard to get any help for the manufacturers warranty. If you do buy this, I highly recommend geek squad warranty. It seems as if I’ll have to repair it out of pocket for a basically new PS5.

I bought a ps5 and it randomly would shut off while and wouldn't restart again. So i returned it. I'll just stay to either xbox or pc gaming.

Got this for a friend. I have the disc version personally but the digital is great if thats your preference!

Love the symmetry of this console over the disc version. No more lost disc, digitial is a great option.
