Who would leave a PS5 outside in the street. Seems like Best Buy has hired monkeys to deliver packages. A delivery guy’s stupid mistake cost me $500. Thank you.

Bought this system and picked it up in store. The box already had wear and tear on it. The setup was fine it played well up into a few weeks later i’ve got a headset and tried to plug the usb and the port was DAMAGED. The return window has already closed best buy would not help me exchange the system. HORRIBLE customer service they did not want to help me since the return window was closed. I will not buy from best again!!! Zero stars if i could.

Would not connect online. Not a best buy problem but a Sony issue. I returned.

Item purchase went smoothly except i was mot offered the warranty. It is a Christmas gift so hasn't been open yet i guess ill call and see if i can buy the extended warranty.

It no different than ps4. It's way over priced and you get no games with it.

Ps5 shut down 4 months into having it. Had to send it back to Sony to be fixed.

Wait time in between pick up takes too long. should be next day pick up or 2 days at most after ordered. The Torrance best buy did great quick and good service.

PS5 doing PS5 things. All good so far. Disc operation could be a bit quieter. Storage could be bigger, but they made upgrading it so anyone could do it.

Play station has horrible customer service and horrible security measures. They allow anyone to hack accounts, make charges, and they block your account and refuse to give refunds for charges made by a hacker after they allowed access. Won’t buy play station ever again, will stick to Xbox

The control it doesn’t work well no longer.Expensive console

Its a good console but the vrr setting is kinda weird caused my tv to flicker somtimes so i just turned it off
