Good console. The storage space sucks. The fact that I have to buy storage for close to the same price of the console sucks

Same as disc, but when transferring over games and data from PS4, you quickly run out of memory. Definitely would recommend getting an external hard drive.

Overall pretty fast and nice FPS. That said getting this was a pain, but Best-buy was way better than other places. I was actually able to buy one! :)

I love it. Only issue is one controller is haunted and left stick toggles around on its own. Aside from that and limited ssd memory it’s great.

Amazing console, only held back by lack of exclusives. Big games like Horizon Forbidden West and God of War Ragnarok will also be available on PS4.

4 starts cause it’s so loud when you turn it on. And UX could be a bit more friendly. Common things like voice chat and creating one take too many buttons to do.

Rushed to market junk. Sony missed the mark. Oversized, runs hot, and loud.

Great console. Definitely feels NextGen. The storage space isn’t that great, but still worth it. Xbox was a better value, but PlayStation has great games.

Love the console just wish there was more games. The controller is really cool but sometimes have a hard time charging the controller while in rest mode.

A great system to have. Still working out minor kinks however it is a great piece of technology. I'm hoping to have some great moments with it as the years go by.

My wife wanted to play some PS only games so I was on the hunt to grab this. Can't say anything bad about it but I'm an xbox fan through and through.

Only issue I have with the console is when I first start the system up I’m not sure if the fan or the disk runs really quick and sounds like the PS4 jet engine.

My only complaint about the console is that the controllers are heavy and awkward, they hurt/cramp up my hands and wrist if I'm playing for more than 2 hours.

The ps5 is definitely better in every way compared to ps4 pro . Down side its got not vrr yet an has 32 gbs instead of 48 gbs for hdmi 2.1 bandwidth .

Horrible delivery experience but finally got it delivered. This console is huge & ugly. It’s awkward to hold. It looks awkward anywhere you place it. It’s got a loud fan & loud coil whine I can hear from 5 feet away. The new UI is horrible & a step backwards. The best thing about this console is the dual sense controller. After playing the free included game Astro you will never want to play with another controller again. It is that good. Good luck in getting one without problems.

The PS5 is good but still needs more games in its library to reach its full potential. For now I mostly play PS4 games and 4K Blu-rays.

Lucky enough to snag one. Loving it so far. Not so many games out yet, but I have a pretty hefty backlog of ps4 games, so I should be able to keep occupied.

The console itself is very nice but it randomly shuts off while playing games and doesn't turn back on for at least 10 minutes. Also has other little glitches and bugs. Would be a 4 out of 5 stars if this was not a problem. Noted that I do not play the console for extended periods of time so I do not believe this is an overheating issue but something else that causes it to randomly shut off.

Overall solid consol. Dissapointing how hard it was to get ahold of, and control drift is a real issue. Be aware of the controller issue when purchasing.

Not sure if I got a defective unit, but fan was loud. Best Buy was great as usual and had no issues with return.
