    Multiple issues, control drift after 1 hour of use. i had to pay to ship it back to sony for them to be like yup we gave you a faulty controller. Multiple games like madden ultimate team just wouldnt play at all for several months and was told sorry i have to wait it out. Wifi wont connect at my parents house yet i troubleshooted every possible way and sony says its my wifi's problem which it is not.

    My PS5 would not sync up with any PS5 controllers. Brand new controllers were unresponsive and the only way I could use the console was by connecting a PS4 controller. You cannot play PS5 titles without a working PS5 controller. After 2 weeks of research and trial-and-error, the PS5 still would not connect to ANY PS5 controllers. I attempted to exchange the PS5 for a new console, even if it was by delivery to the store, and was told they could not and would only give me a refund. I hope I get another chance at rolling the dice!
