Pretty cool just not as cool as it was supposed be

Not going to lie, this is a really good console, but I constantly have issues with my games. My updates get deleted and my games crash all the time. I don't know if it is my console specifically or if it is a general error.

Works. But fan that cools the ps5 makes a buzzing noise like it’s vibrating on a screw or something. Not going to return due to how look it took getting one. But just a minor inconvenience. Other than that has been working good.

Super excited after waiting, I finally got it today! Maybe 2 to 3 hours of play it shut off on me completely with no warning!

UI is nice but there are quite a few technical issues that i am sure will be ironed out with time. Games will hold you off for a while but I am actually liking the Series X better. Food for thought but Sony is low key ok the decline.

I was so hyped to get this, but the PS5 seems to offer less overall than the Xbox Series X, at least if you're not a big Spiderman fanatic. Not sure when the next big thing will be.

This console is ok. The memory is a pain to upgrade and the fan is kind of loud. The ps network is ok at best. Go with the Xbox Series X, easy to upgrade memory, the fan is nice and quiet and game pass is amazing.

Broke within 2 years and had to pay $260 to fix it… highly disappointed as I’ve never had a system due so quick, especially a next gen system…

PS5 is not worth the hype or the trouble it takes to purchase one. Xbox Series X is easier to obtain and the Game Pass is definitely is the way to go.

Nice system. I feel like you could wait on the next generation consoles for a little bit if you’re on the fence.

Great system, a little buggy but that’s to be expected at launch these days. However, I do not like how Sony did not anticipate scalpers. I was fortunate enough to pick this up but it was pure luck that my order went through.

From the amazing design, to the amazing graphics. The PlayStation 5 gives you all you could ever want as it has backwards compatibility to let you play almost any game you've purchased for the PlayStation 4. The PlayStation 5 is great for families, friends, and even children. When I first received my PS5 I immediately downloaded some of my favorite games and had a blast playing it. With extra storage accessories I am able to hold over 80 games on it so that I am never bored with any of the games. The only downside to having that many games is, it sometimes gets hard to pick which amazing game to play. I can garantee that anyone who purchases the PlayStation 5 will be satisfied with their purchase.

Honestly, I have this and the Xbox Series X. I much prefer the Xbox. And that's saying a lot since I pretty much exclusively played the PS4. The controller battery life is terrible on this thing. The interface is clunky. I guess it MIGHT be a little better than the Xbox in terms of look, but I'm not sophisticated enough to see that. The only real huge benefit that puts it to 2 stars instead of 1 is that it interacts with my Sony TV very well. But that's such a minor thing, it probably shouldn't elevate it. I don't think it's worth the money.

Overall good console. Playing gta5 on ps5 after years on ps4 is a major upgrade. Major downside is the controller which started to "drift" rather soon.

The console is great when it's working. The console has a tendency of overheating and freezing. This could possibly be fixed in the future with a software update to increase the fan speed inside the ps5.

Good console but as of right now there isn’t a wow factor for me yet. It’s definitely worth a buy but I would waste a ton of time and resources looking for one until end of year or 2022.
