Unfortunately I owned this item for 2 weeks before it died on me. Went into Rest Mode and just never turned back on. Currently in the warranty process with Sony but definitely a bummer

It was quite difficult to order the PS5, but I truly lucked out because even with all the restocks certain retailers have had... it is still unbelievably hard to place the order.

Not really impressed with the hope everyone talked about this.

well it was working for about 3-4 months after i got it, and in mid april it just stopped working out of nowhere and i was never able to get a new ps5 and i’m not happy about it.

I love the system, I hate the way you guys made the releases of the system. It was a living hell trying to order one.

Come on you dont neee a review to know whats a ps5 lol we should review what best buy is doing to make sure we can buy this console thats the reason of my 3 stars

They hyped these products up way too much man... They are not that much better!

Box was damaged on the top, a big hole formed. Looked like something pierced it. Luckily everything was ok, but I couldn't ask for another PS5 because of the shortage.

Got our PS5 disc console and it stopped working after 3 days. Took multiple phone calls and redoing troubleshooting with support even though it had already been done by me and over the phone with other agents. Then they say they don’t know when we will get it back. I also bought a digital edition cause I was told it could play same games as disc console so I wouldn’t have to buy separate games for different kids and the only way is with remote play but digital user has full control of disc console so only one can play at a time.

Its a good console without a doubt PlayStation puts out good quality but still has to catch up to xbox as far as graphics and performance.

Not worth the hype. .

After hours and hours of waiting and racing with people online to purchase this for my son we had more than a few problems with it.

The PS5 is good, no question. But I really feel like the Xbox Series X is superior and is a more fun gaming experience.

The PS5 is an ok system. Still can’t use the extra m.2 slot unless you want to run beta software. It also does not support 1440p gaming monitors. The way the roll out has been I haven’t been able to get enough for all the kids in the house. Between Sony and Best Buy it had been a crappy release. The one good thing I can say is that is getting my kids to think about other things than video games so maybe the that combined with not using my Best Buy card it’s a blessing in disguise

ps4 with a new skin. Nothing crazy nothing new rather stick to an oculus quest 2. Consoles are getting pretty outdated there need to be a bigger change.

its cool but basically the same thing as the ps4. idk what the hype is about

It looks great and sounds fantastic, but has its bugs. Be aware before you buy that the controller will present connectivity issues and the console will create its own issues.

Fun to play, but can still use some work. Not VRR ready and does not have Dolby Vision. They also need to offer better storage expansion options like Microft.

Package was pretty beat up when I picked it up and the online service was absolutely terrible. The site kept crashing, but all in all everything was okay. System runs great

I haven't played it much but I've had no issues with it when I've tested the machine with a few games. The lack Dolby Atmos support for games is a bit off-putting though.
