Seriously a botched launch. Shouldn't take literally hours of trying to buy this thing. With that being said it's a super nice system. Loads ridiculously fast and that controller is another level. Worth the money but not the time it took to find one of these dang things

I've bought this console since 2021 and can I just say this has got to be and still is on of the better consoles out there in the market right now. Has a rich variety of games and accessories you can add onto it.

Its fast, its cool looking, quiet the best in its class outta all ps, If i had a lot of money id buy like 4 more just cuz I love my ps for every where I lay my head at there would be one there for me to play lol

this is a very powerful console, load times are incredible and the menu navigation never lags which was a huge annoyance of the ps4 pro for me. it does everything a gaming console should do which is great for a first time buyer but if you are upgrading from a ps4 i suspect the transition will be annoying for you to. the biggest con is the storage, 500 GB. they say it is extendable but only with an ssd that costs as much as half of the console price. if you use your hdd from the ps4 it can only hold ps4 games. the storage is unnaceptable for 2022. now the menu you might like but it is a downgrade from the ps4 menu to me, with an emphasis on getting you to look at new games and promotions and having buried my favorite features such as the trophy system and perhaps the strangest is that they felt the need to make it a two button process to view notifications, so i find myself missing 80% of game and party invites. the controller battery life leaves alot to be desired but ill leave that up to your opinion. buy only at msrp if you want to get your moneys worth. if you are stressing over not getting the latest and greatest dont because this isnt exactly that.

Great gaming console! The controller feels very nice and has very unique rumble to it, the color is beautiful as well.

Best gaming council made so far. Got it day one and use it for everything from gaming to streaming.

Still running perfectly fine after 4 years. Just make sure you clean out the fan and vents if you notice any problems

I was having a hard time securing my order for a PS5 system through Target, Walmart and other stores but with all the pre order craziness that was going on and all the stories of scalpers getting the system in the carts so fast i could not order until Bestbuy offered for online order on the 22nd very early morning hours. I were able to put my online order through on the 2nd try, picked it up today with curbside pickup and the gentleman who came out from Best buy was very friendly and informative. System works wonderfully without any problems. I consider even with how packed the best buy was for curb side pickup and people walking inside the store, i got my product in less than 40 minutes and am very happy with my purchase and the service that best buy provided. Safe and secure.

This thing makes me love gaming 1000000% and I'm already a gamer that plays for hours a day! The speed of it is amazing along with the graphics! I can't imagine how Sony will beat this with the Ps6

System is fast, sleek and the UI is smoother and more convenient when switching between apps and games. I just can't wait for more games to utilize the extra power and controller vibrations.
