The PS5 is honestly an extremely powerful machine. I can't stress enough that if you want one you shouldn't buy from resellers, but instead make them eat their loss and buy it straight from Best Buy or another reputable seller. Should something go wrong with the console, you can have confidence the problem will be solved, whereas with a reseller you have no clue if it will last longer than a week.

Best Playstation controller ever made and the console is VERY quiet. Much better improvement over the Ps4.

Love my PS5, and the experience in purchasing it from Best Buy was great. As everyone knows, it's been hard to get a PS5 without resorting to overpaying on eBay or using bots or the like to jump the line. Best Buy has good control methods to keep the bots out, and I was able to secure a unit online with just a couple of extra clicks and pick it up at the store the next week. Staff brought it out to my car and I didn't even need to go in. Great job!

Very fast acting overall upgrade from ps4 very well structured an looks futuristic. Very well made.

It was late by almost 2 full weeks but other than that the console itself is phenomenal, really next gen stuff going on, the haptic feedback in the controller is really something of a creation not to mention the tiny sounds emitting from the tiny speaker on the controller, especially in games like demons souls, Rachet & clank, and miles morales. It’s a great console that I highly recommend to everyone…..if you can get one that is.

The PS5 is a dramatic improvement from the PS4. I was blown away with how much faster, sleeker and intuitive the user interface is. The hardware is also a huge step up. The only negative thing I can say is how incredibly difficult it is to get your hands on one of these. Best Buy's covid-friendly pickup policy was excellent. Very pleased with my experience.

I'm lucky that I was able to purchase my PS5 thought Best Buy, because till the date, it's very hard to get. I got it last year in December, and many people went crazy for this video game console, and still are till the date. I play a variety of video games, the graphics are amazing, and the you can play any game that you please. Everything about this console is amazing, they style, the controls, headsets, etc.

The PS5 is great. Quick loading times and very good graphics. The system itself is fairly large however.

If you loved your ps4 your definitely going to love the PS5 with improvements across the board and the speed of games loading lets you get into the games play instead of waiting long periods of your time the only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is the storage other than that no complaints
