Top notch really quiet really great piece of equipment all the games look great!

I've always been a playstation fan. We don't have great internet, so we don't really notice a difference in picture quality. It's a gaming system that games though. There are still bugs being worked out, but they are getting worked out. If you aren't in a huge hurry to get one, I would recommend waiting until this hype is over and Playstation can take more time to fix the initial issues. We haven't had any big problems, but there have been little things. One of the USB ports can give you issues. If something is plugged into it, it seems to jam up the disk drive just enough that it makes a loud noise and gives you an error that it can't read the disk in it. This problem has been solved for now by simply not using that port. There are plenty of options in that area. I feel like that is a manufacturing issue though and not a technical bug that can be fixed with firmware. So again, wait if you can. There have been other technical glitches, but nothing that has affected gaming or streaming to where they are unusable.

Sony did an excellent job this time around with making this console backwards compatible and providing AAA quality games right out of the box. The OS is snappy and continues to be improved. Lastly, the controller is very engaging just as advertised. It’s very similar to how I felt when I first used a DualShock in the PS1 days. Excellent job Sony.

I managed to score mine online the last week in December '21. You have to be refreshing your browser at just the right time and once it's added to your cart, keep trying to check out for at least 30 minutes even if it stalls. The hardware is great. The unit itself is high quality and has some weight to it. Looks futuristic and advanced. Excellent audio and video options to tune the picture. Also, the wired network download speed is excellent. On my PS4 Pro I was getting 150 Mb/s download, but on the PS5 I'm getting around 350 Mb/s. The UI however is missing a few things that the PS4 UI had that I miss. There is no more downloading movies through Sony. You have to have an app like Netflix or Amazon. You can still download games obviously. You cannot customize the wall paper in the background either. Also, there is no Playstation Live option that groups all the live streams in one app. You have to log in to Twitch or YouTube to view live streams through those apps. I also found that when playing movies from a USB stick, if you try to fast forward, sometimes the movie gets stuck and won't play. This console is still in its infancy and I'm sure it will all get worked out with updates.

This console is the absolute best value you can get for your money right now. The performance to cost is unbeatable. It may be limited compared to a PC, sure, but it still has many things it offers that a PC does not. Keep trying to get your hands on one without supporting scalpers!!

The PS5 is amazingly fast and reliable. The difference in speed from PS4 to PS5 is significant. Bye-bye long loading times. The new control is increasingly responsive to boot. I've owned mine for a couple of months and have experienced zero bugs. I highly recommend buying one. It would be nice however to have some more games available.

So happy with this system. Playing PS4 and ps5 games without hiccups. The ps4 games that get upgraded to ps5 look awesome too. Buy yourself and external hard drive for the ps4 games cause there’s not much space internally for games. The ps5 games take up the internal space and cannot be saved on the external as of yet. Only ps4 games can be saved and run from the external drive.

Overrated best experience from best always shop here for my electronics.
