Got this awhile ago... wanna say back in January... and I LOVE the PS5. they finally had it in stock and I was able to luck out with it. Haven't had nay problems and the user interface is great. Got good game for it too!

I would personally say this is the best console on the market. I have owned it for going on 2 years with 0 issues and it’s a tremendous step up from the previous generation.

If you were lucky enough to get one then you already know how much better it is then the PS4. Games load faster and look way better on PS5. Deff a must buy for all the hardcore gamers. Just good luck finding one is all I can say.

Best gaming system I have ever played on. Everything is fast. The clarity is sharp. Even on PS4 games, I am seeing details that I never knew were there. Controllers are comfortable. I am not a techy guy but I am impressed.

Awesome machine! Have had every ps system out and this one tops all the rest, love the backwards compatibility with ps4 games and the controller has some great new upgrades. Would recommend to anyone on the fence about it.

Hands down... Absolutely THE best console out! Didn't think there would be a really big difference from ps4 pro to ps5 but it's so much faster and graphics are better too! So glad I was able to secure one here through Best Buy..

Havent played a gaming system in a long time. I was able to get my hands on a ps5 and never looked back. Love the game and the graphics best purchase to reintruduce myself back to the gaming world.

Got this for my gf on Christmas Eve and surprised her Christmas morning. We both are gamers and surprisingly, I play it more than her. Can’t wait to get another controller to battle it out.

An amazing console. Games run smoothly and load times are lightning fast. The controller feels nice in the hand. It’s even more amazing when paired with a 4k display. Only thing that I miss are themes.

Perhaps this could have been built with more storage but you can always upgrade if need be. That’s my only observation. Just need to be mindful of how much your downloading, storing etc. No issues.

Was excited to be able to purchase since they Are extremely hard to find! Excellent Console definitely worth the wait and Best Buy’s verification process made it easy as well! Very happy customer!

Yey i got a ps4! I cant believe best buys fair que system allow we to obtain a ps4 with the demand & the amount of scalping happening. Thank you best buy keep up the great work. I love the price & performance.

Great console, it is fast and powerful, but it is to big, the control can get dirty really easy and doesn't have a lot of new games

Always been a Playstation guy. I've loved all their systems and this is no different. The upgrades and new tech in the controllers are amazing and could be even better moving forward if developers really take advantage of it.

The packaging was great. Did not feel flimsy. PS5 was what I expected. Best Buy did a great job at directing me to the location of where I would go to receive my product. Works perfectly without any issues. Definitely recommend!

No words necessary - just glad I was able to find the gaming system. My child was extremely happy when this item was found under the Christmas tree. The speed is great and the colors are vibrant.

Bought in November 2020 for my husband, we were surprised I was even able to get my hands on it. We both absolutely love it!! No issues with literally anything. The graphics are AMAZING. No bad words to share here!!!!!

What can i say its a ps5 , It took me 2 years to accidentally find this console. when i bought it at bb they put me through a secret agent buying procedure. it was crazy .

My favorite Playstation console yet. The new controller is the best iteration of any Playstation controller and the system is very quiet and fast. Miles Morales and Ratchet and Clank have been a real joy to play.

The best PlayStation I have ever owned. The haptic feedback on the controller makes shooting games feel real and the load time for PS4 games are crazy fast. I cant wait to see more upcoming PS5 exclusives. I highly recommend!
