The process to purchase was smooth and pickup went well. I have been enjoying this very much since purchase. The PS5 is a big boy of a system, but it is extremely powerful. The upscaling of PS4 games is awesome too! I definitely recommend this as a good system for those looking to purchase a new generation console. Purchase through Best Buy, you won't be disappointed!
