Wait to pick up was long but product was in and still in great condition. Best Buy never lets mw down. PS5 lives up to the hype.

Much controversy with console, but here it is. Yes it had issues turning itself off, probably due to overheating. However, this was only a problem for roughly 1-2 weeks and then a system patch came out and I haven’t had issues since then. The user experience was super easy. Roughly 3 mins to download my PS4 saves from the PS+ Cloud and then you just plug in your External HDD full of PS4 games. No formatting required, I was playing my games with all my saves in less than 10 mins. Incredibly happy so far!

I love everything about this console. The fans are super quiet compared to the PS4, the controller feels great in-hand & the video quality of PS5 games are stunning! Aside from gaming, this serves as a great media/entertainment device. It syncs with my smart TV so I can control apps such as HBO Plus with my TV remote & the TV powers on when I turn on the console. The 4k Blu-Ray drive is something I've been wanting for a while but knew this was coming so I held off on purchasing a standalone player.

Very Happy with the PS5, it's quiet although I'm not too happy with its size since it takes a little to much space on my T.V Stand.

Got it in November and I've had no issues. Very happy with my purchase damg lucky I was able to buy one that morning at 3 am.
