I went with the digital because I only had 2 disc games for my PS4 and I usually buy everything online so it wasn't a big deal. Also that extra $100 is enough for their Sony headset which you'll want to get, the console makes all games 3D audio. If you are in a FPS and something happens behind you to your right by 3 meters you will literally hear exactly that. It's incredible

I was one of the lucky ones to snag up a pre-order. Got this to replace my PS4 launch edition. Held off getting the PS4pro. worth the wait. Mainly got this to play my vast PS4 library. Waiting for more next-gen games. PS5 and LG CX 55" make a great pair. Hopefully, Sony and Bestbuy will have more supplies on the way. It feels like you're getting a $1,200 game computer for $499 in a form factor. Live free and game on

Great start to the 5th Generation of Sony Consoles

Everything worked as it should including backwards compatible games. Astro's pre-loaded game is a fun way to learn the features for the new controller. More USB inputs are a good addition. 4K Blu-ray player is a good addition. NVME SSD load times are good, but they are not as good as Sony was saying, especially on the old games. Spider-man Miles Morales and Demon Souls are must own exclusives.
