At first, I was a bit skeptical about the digital edition because you can’t buy physical disc games. But this has turned out to be a blessing because I can’t loan or lose any games, and when the PS6 comes out - I’ll still have access to all my purchased games. Also, the digital store often has great sales. Excellent system. Highly recommend.

Almost two years since I bought my PS5 and it’s still running 100% no issues. I love love this device and just bought the VR2 to go with it. Have a Xbox too but it don’t compare graphic wise.

We bought 2 units, the picture and colors are brilliant, and the graphics look amazing and so much more realistic it's insane how far technology has come. Only one slight issue is that it absolutely difficult to stop playing on the PS5 where it makes people over stimulated it takes forever to get off the game.

I’ve always had an Xbox but decided to buy this since it was on sale. It works great and so far I haven’t had connectivity issues like on my Xbox series x for some reason. It thinks it is so important though and turns on every time I turn my tv on, and it renamed all of my hdmi inputs to ps5 even the one with my Xbox plugged into it.

I bought the PS5 as a birthday present for my husband and he was so so happy. We got a Ragnarok game as well. He loves it! The purchase process was also so easy. I ordered online and within an hour, it was ready for pickup at the store. Easily the best birthday gift choice for me. So happy with the purchase and the easy purchase process! Thanks Best Buy!

Huge upgrade from PS4. Graphics and load times are noticably better. Now when I picked it up, the box had a hole in it which scared me as I thought it messed up the console but the packaging is sturdy which protects it from everything. Overall very satisfied with the system and would recommend getting the digital version if you only have digital games.

I purchased this item for my grandson, along with the wireless headphones, charging station, and extra controller. Gave it to him as a pre Birthday/X Mas gift. I wrapped it in Christmas paper. I watched him open his presents. He grabbed me, hugged me and kissed me. One of the best days in my life. He LOVES his new playstation.

I LOVE IT. I bought a xbox series x 3 years ago and i truly hated it. i was a playstation person up until ps4, but someone convinced me to go to xbox. Xbox games suck so much, i finally saved enough to get the ps5 and now i have my games back. man i wish i could play ps3 games without having to stream them tho, streaming games suck.

My family loves this system we've 2 in the house and we've had no issues , would recommend for gamers , for the ps5 the games are more expensive but graphics are great !!

I own a Nintendo Switch and Xbox One X, but this is my favorite next-gen system. While it has all the bells and whistles (high-end specs) of the Xbox One X, it’s the exclusives that make PS5 number 1 for me. The PS5 exclusives in particular are high quality, both in story, gameplay and visuals. I highly recomend this system!

The outside box was a bit damaged and the employee was going to replace it for me, but they weren’t allowed to. But no harm done to the console itself and it’s worked flawlessly since having it! So excited I could finally get my hands on a PS5. It’s made a world of difference compared to my PS4.

The best thing I could gift my self on my birthday. I live alone and sometimes there is nothing to do around and this thing becomes the best part of your life. I just love it. It's smooth fast and I also use it to play media like Netflix. Every dollar was worth it and I would say this was the best purchase of the year.
