Excellent purchase brought for my son as a gift and he loves its and i played on it a few times with him. Best buy offers so many discounts and ways to purchase items that can help u save money or in some case dont have to spend the full amount up front appreciate how they take care of the customers

This is a product of astounding quality. I love all the different features I can access with my PS5. The graphics are superb and there is tons of storage on the device. I play it every day. I am pleased with the price and how fast my order was processed and ready.

Great console. The PlayStation catalog is great for someone who plays a lot of single player campaign games since they can just download multiple games and uninstall then when they’re finished with a game for a subscription. The controller is also very immersive and feels great.

Its a PS5, you're getting exactly what you think you're getting. The graphics are a big jump up, bigger than the ps3 to ps4 jump. Audio quality was a surprising performance increase. The only down side is the provided internal storage is too small when games average 65GB each. 2-4TB should've been standard issue.

Purchased for my husband and surprised him with it. Came with a wall mount to put it on the wall very convienent and a controller as well. Set up and transfer from the ps4 was a breeze. Love the graphics on mortal combat. Very happy

I love my PlayStation five and the guy that helped me get it was awesome. He was really helpful jumped right into it. I could not complain one bit and it runs great. I love the performance. I love the graphics and I love the connectivity and the streaming of games and everything.

Was handled with great care and worth every penny! Graphics are fantastic, and the new controller is such an improvement from the PS4 controller! A great addition to the PlayStation line. Only drawback is the storage, I’ll need to get a memory stick to add to the capacity.

Love it. That's my review and I'm sticking to it. But on the real getting it with the best buy plus membership was even easier and adding a bit of whew 60 days to return if its broken. Great machine pick up ghost of Tsushima if you really want ro se the beauty of this piece of equipment

We waited a long time for this sucker. Worth the wait, not 100% sure on this but it's an improvement over the PS4 in graphics and just in general a more polished experience. I'll need to expand the storage with a add on hard drive but they've made it super simple to add on. The size of games nowadays almost requires > 1TB storage.

Purchased this PS5 over a year ago. My kid is so happy with it I barely see him! Works seamlessly, super convenient to be able to purchase games right on the console. Worth every penny.

The best buy ever. I had a PS4 and was skeptical about getting a PS5. However, after the purchase I immediately realise it was the right decision. In terms of look, I really live the console. The controller is pretty cool with some advanced features. The resolution, frame rate and game play is awesome.

If you are considering getting a pc or laptop don't. This system is great for the price. In order to get a computer with aquivalet performance you would need to spend at least $1k. Great suppport, great exclusives. I love pc gaming i have a 4090. Getting this for my little ones who want to play my pc.

My son had saved up his money making custom wood works for people over the summer. He made enough money in a few months to purchase this PS5. I asked him if it's worth a 5-star review and he said make it 10-stars!!! Buy a second controller while you are there, you'll need it and a game.

Great upgrade from PS4. It took a little longer to get the PS5 but all in all amazing console.

I've had this for a few months now and no problems so far. Definitely an upgrade from the PS4. If you have the time though and don't have a PC yet, I'd recommend saving up a bit more and grabbing a PC. Console-wise, the PS5 does an excellent job.
