New gen consoles are truly worth there money. And newer games will only gear more towards new gen from here forward. Good pick up

I love it! Even though I have had it for a little over a week, it is a nice & powerful console. I have The OLED Nintendo switch and the Xbox series x which means my game console collection is now complete for now ! Thanks best buy!

Excellent next gen console with great exclusives. However for the price packaging must be more organized. Not just thrown inside of a box in a rush.

The console is actually pretty good, i needed a new one since i had ps4 and some games are being released exclusively for PS5. The image quality is noticeably good, and overall the experience is awesome.

It’s a great item I use it everyday/night. It’s the best for games and has most of all the apps you could think of to watch something.

The performance is fine although its overheating is atrocious. Every hour or so it overheats and sometimes it’ll overheat + shut off

The customer service when I bought it was very good. It is a good machine better than what I’ve had I like that you could put the disk in. I do not like to download off the Internet enjoyed it so far.

No issues, was simple and easy purchase with Best Buy. Bought online, walked in, told them my name and showed ID. Was handed my purchase, and thats it.

Great product but the storage is trash for this generation's console they force you to upgrade and pay more to put a new hard drive.

Got this as a gift for my sister and she absolutely loved it. PlayStation plus lets you stream all the classics which she loves!
