Bought the ps5 from Best Buy last year. The controller came out of the box with stick drift. However this was a known problem with the Sony product and I know has nothing to do with Best Buy

Love the new system. To get the new game with the console for 50 bucks was a steal for it being 70 on its own.

It would be a five but had the freeze problem. But honestly they took care of it so professionally I can't complain when you're Mass producing something that much it's bound to happen. It's all about the customer service and I give them a five-star there.
