I'm not a heavy gamer but my husband and boys are. I love that there backward compatibility and the graphics are still great. Overall happy with the choice to upgrade from our PS4.

Love my Xbox but PS5 has lots different things to offer. Got because of games that I can't play on xbox. One big thing like is how to upgrade memory very easy and cheaper then xbox

It worked great and performed like normal. A great buy. It was a open box that was missing a controller but I like a brand new controller anyway so it worked out.

Like always everything I have bought from here is awesome ps5 is great my brother loved it very have with our purchases.

The last game console I owned was an Atari 2600 so I am dating myself. I purchased this unit to play Hogwarts Legacy( for myself) and God of war to play with the Grandson along with remote play. Have played and do play flight simulator on a PC. I do have an ultra Bluray with a 100” projector system so was expecting very good graphics and frame rate for PS5 games. The graphics and frame rate have exceeded my expectations. Setup was very easy. PS5 comes with a preloaded game in itself is quite good to play and a good way to learn the full capabilities of the controller for first time users.

AWESOME SYSTEM 10/10….i was nervous that i wouldve gotten a broken system/ a fake ps5 but, when i got it it was perfect, no scratches and the controller is ij oerfect condition 10/10

Picking up my PlayStation five was a five star rating because First when I got there, the line was short. It was probably two people in front of me. The cashier was very nice. Even the lady who directed me to where I had to go. She was very nice as well. All the customer service was exceptional. The people were friendly And the PlayStation five is an experience on its own gaming wise.

Great console and it cam e with a Game for just 60$ extra not bad i love this console it runs games great and just the amount of first party single playet games is really amazing

The system is great! Next level graphics. The order process was just as promised. I only order my electronics from Best buy because of the great customer service.

Bought it for my husband. And absolutely loves it. The quality of the games is incredible. And I for one love the look of the console itself

Its a good Playstation im happy had to take it back because i got a defect but have had it for months after they replaced it haven't had a problem

I own both next gen consoles and they’re both good for certain things. I would definitely say the PS5 runs smoother than my Series X.

Definitely, a must-have if you have some spare time, God Of War Ragnarokm is the 1st I play but I'll get the other ones when this is finished. Very fast and the graphic is amazing

Graphics are unbelievable! Easy to transfer games and data from the PS4 to the PS5. Boys love it ! We will definitely be spending some good family time playing games on rainy days

Welcome to the new generation of gaming, I’d recommend getting a compatible ssd so you can expand your storage since games sizes are very large

If you love the God of War series you are getting a PS5. This is a good price. With BB credit card for a promo i was also able to get 10% back in reward dollars.

I mean... Do I really need to say how great this system is? I feel like everyone knows... I WILL say I am slightly annoyed the system doesn't seem to have a lot of memory for the amount of memory the games seem to need... This can be fixed pretty easily with an SSD (which I have done), but that's more money for an already expensive system. I mean, they still give the option to have expandable storage so... I mean, that's good at least. Overall, very impressed, still love it, but to run at full capacity, may have to spend more...

Gave it as a gift, kid slept hugging box cause it was to late in evening to hook up. Once hooked up the graphics everything was so awesome. My teenager loves it!
