This system is amazing. It runs so much smoother and faster than my PS4. Load times are much, much shorter and when playing games the response time is quicker. Definitely the Best Buy I've made in a long time.

It was a good game console. But i only got to play it 2 times. I am not much a gamer just like to watch netflix n hbo max. So i sold it to my cousin

Very happy to finally have my ps5! I’m satisfied so far! The transition from ps4 to ps5 was a piece of cake! But I would recommend you buy additional memory because you should run out of internal memory pretty quick

Came on time. Packaged well. Works perfectly. I finally get to play games from my PS2 years again. I got the Ragnarok disk version due to my boyfriend wanting the game and me wanting to watch bluray movies.

My son love his PS5, the set up was very easy and the system is very good. You have the option of getting either the one you can use hard disc or digital copies of games, or the one with only digital copies of games.

I love my PS5! It is a great product, very responsive and visual quality is stunning. Controllers seem to have drift issues but overall very satisfied with the purchase.

There is not too much to say. He has wanted a Playstation 5 for years. This one works as expected. The only thing he mentioned that he sort of didn't like is that he will have to expand the internal storage soon to play more games.

Bought this for my man’s birthday and he absolutely loved it! He couldn’t be more happy with it he definitely loved how different and upgrade it was compared to the ps4 he had definitely worth each cent!

We bought this for my 12 year old sons bday as he loves his PS4 but needed an upgrade. we can definitley see the difference in picture quality and the look of the console and controller is very cool.

Ordered a PS5 from the store the weekend before Christmas . It was very difficult to find one, but staff walked me through the process. I picked it up from the store on Weds. it was wrapped and under the tree for Christmas Day.

Process for purchase was straightforward with no difficulties. Item itself is in perfect condition, works well. Best Buy will do whatever they can to help you with your purchase 10/10 recommend.

Couldn't be happier. Got the God of War bundle for the price of the regular disk version. It has great graphics and everything loads very quick. The 3D sound on the headphones are a nice touch too.
